Lemme guess; some long-forgotten banished being or item Star Swirl dumped here killed 'em.
God-damnit, Star Swirl - you've got blood on your hooves, you unthinking moron!
Did you even investigate this world before using it as your Azkaban? If you did, you would've learned there was one race of sapient beings - beings you then burdened with your criminals.
Daft fool.
Nope. It was actually "Principal" Celestia. There's a difference between the two homonyms.
Yep; a girl without any official identifying documents that just so happens to look extremely similar to a very famous and wealthy orphan.
That's not going to raise any red flags, especially if they perform a blood test or something; I highly doubt the two Sunsets would have the same blood type, considering one's extra-dimensional origin.
Also, if they search the ID-less Sunset, how could anyone possibly explain the journal/diary? For one, the only "Twilight Sparkle" with ID isn't royalty; for two, books don't tend to glow and vibrate; for three, books generally don't fill themselves with text; for four, what's with all the equine talk? Then there's the geode pendant, which is another bucket of worms.
My theory is it's the aunt being as think about it since day one her aunt has been fighting sunset for her inheritance the police already speculated it was over a financial dispute and the only one that stands motive over that aside from a twelve-year-old girl which we can definitely rule that out is the aunt clearly not satisfied with her cut
I'm getting a bad vibe about the crime...and I'm hoping I'm wrong.
Celestia thinking she was the tragic, rich, and human Sunset explains so much of why she was ignored.
