On the 996th anniversary of Nightmare Moon's banishment, Princess Celestia plucks a quartet of strange entities from the night sky. With her fifteen-year-old student, a rising Royal Guard officer named Shining Armor, a young Princess Cadence with an unrequited crush only the subject and his sister are oblivious to, and a small team of Royal Guards, she investigates. Their discovery is breathtaking to the ponies. What happens after ensnares the small US Special Operations Command task force led by Captain Scott Mitchell of the Ghosts, who through fate or misfortune found themselves on another world.

The events that occur over the next few months threaten to change Equis forever, as a series of low-profile conflicts that have long remained outside Equestrian borders begins to encroach upon it. As things are, lies, treachery and secrets are what is keeping Equis from tearing itself apart, and at the same time are the very things that may destroy it.

But if Captain Mitchell's team and the accompanying Special Forces can complete their new mission against all odds, then Equestria and the rest of Equis will never know what really transpired, or the true driving forces behind the long-hidden conflict. Because they're Ghosts, and they were never there...

A few days ago, RC-1207 "Sev" was pounding a Seperatist ship with Wookie turbolasers when he was overwhelmed. Now he's in a prison camp a few lightyears away. His cellmate is a male quadruped calling himself "Big Macintosh". He doesn't know where his brothers in Delta Squad are, or even where he is.

RC-1000 is the newest member of Tau Squad. Or was, rather. After the rest of Beta Squad was killed in action, he was assigned to Tau, who had just lost their own brother. They were tolerant but distant, and on his second mission with them the "new guy" got captured. Now he's sharing a cell with a female quadruped named "Octavia".

They're going to bust out. And as they try to adjust to the thought that they each might be the sole warrior on the planet, they will think more than a clone, even a commando, normally would. They will fight to defend their new friends. To defend aliens that care about them in ways they haven't experienced as mere soldiers.

A human child abandoned in space by his parents in order to be saved from his planet's eminent doom. He then crashed landed on "Equis," a planet just like his own, only centuries behind in their technology and knowledge.
Where he is raised by ponies like any regular foal and treated the same, as well. Though in time his fate and destiny will change him to the man he was supposed to be.

Will the ponies still treat him like their own? Or will he be ostracized and feared in which even the rulers of Equestria think he is but a abomination?

Will his actions and moral values teach them what it truly means to not judge a persons looks and who he is?

It is up to him to find out what it truly means to be a human.

The word is SHAZAM, a phrase which young Billy Batson yells to turn into the powerful Captain Marvel. But it will take more than a word to help him as he is sent to a new world to hunt down a monster of unbelievable power. This new world is Equestria, home to colorful, peaceful ponies that know little about fighting and prefer to have fun. Thousand of miles away from his own world, Billy is trapped in this world with no way to return home. But what constitutes as home?

Captain Marvel and Billy will be based off his older version and not the newer one. Look up Superman/Shazam Return of Black Adam for more info.

This story is a sequel to My Little Caboose: Blue is Magic!

It has been one month since the Elements of Harmony were used to trap Discord again, and it has been one month since Twilight lost one of her closest friends, the only consolation of which being that Church was finally getting some well deserved rest. At least, that is what she and the others believed. Discord, still trapped within Church's mind, has been picking away at his sanity the entire time, messing with his memories, making him forget what was real and forcing him to remember what wasn't. When he finally escapes, will Church be able to distinguish between reality and the memories Discord tampered with, or will his slim grip on reality finally give out?

If the ponies he is led to believe are his friends are of any indication, probably the latter.
