Oooh poor Zecora I didn't see that coming but I should have I wonder if her fanatical love for him will dwindle over time? hehehe that little bit at the end of the party, poor Twi great song choice as always bit of fun at the club with Starlight it seems that Rayne is slowly sweeping away his harem, it's a good thing Zecora isn't the yandere type otherwise ponies would be in serious danger awesome chapter

Aaaahahhahahahaha!!!! A yandere potions master! She would kill EVERYONE! HAHAHA. She'd poison the whole town's drinking water or something.
I have to say i'm shocked by reaching chapters 71 to 80... I'm really speechless on how things were done... I give an exact 9/10
The chapters are getting good. I'm starting to get interest on discord, fluttershy, and a few more. Gosh I'm still shocked though!!!!

The fact that you would still give me such a high rating has me glowing. Thank you so much. And yes, there were some very big events that happened in those chapters. I hope that you enjoy the next set of chapters just as much!
Well, I almost reached point at which I dropped this story last time because there were no more chapters to read. To be honest by this point and on a second read through these song intermissions feels like nothing more than annoyance and have no role beside being a filler. It feels like they don't really add anything to the story or the dynamic between the characters.
Don't get me wrong, I like the story. Just not the songs since they are the least imaginative part of it and 90% of them I genuinely dislike for what they are.

I can understand how you could feel that way. Looking back on it there have been a lot of songs and I didn't realize that until about this far into the story. But I do feel that the songs are important. They all serve a purpose, some are foreshadowing for other parts later in the story, and I do feel that they make many scenes much more powerful.
Trust me that I've already considered cutting many songs back from what I had planned. But there will still be some songs going forward because they are already critically designed into several future chapters. As for musical tastes, I knew from the beginning that adding in any songs at all of any kind runs into the problem that some people like certain songs and other people don't. But I wasn't picking songs based on popularity.
This story is about me, as a person, actually being in Equestria and these are the songs that I like. These are the songs that I would sing if I were there in Ponyville as a pony. And I would definitely sing songs! Omg, that would be awesome! There is no way I could visit Equestria and not want to get caught up in a musical. When you get to chapter 99 the second song is a moment that I would be looking forward to since day one. So I'm sorry to you or anyone else if the musical numbers feel overwhelming in the story but please just take it as my character's elation to being in Equestria. Rayne is happy, and excited, and he wants to live each moment to the fullest so in a world where random musical numbers are a thing, he's going to want to take advantage of that whenever the opportunity rises.
Lastly, -pouts- I always thought that I was being rather creative with how I would carefully choose the right songs that appropriately fit a scene and how I would change the lyrics to match what I'm writing. There really is hour's worth of work that goes into just the songs and that's in addition to all of the writing.
P.S. I will fully admit that some of my 'chapters' have been filler in this story, some of which include songs and others that don't. But I've never felt that any song I've included so far was unimportant for the scene that it was in.
