A year after Raimundo has been promoted to leader of the Xiaolin Dragons, no Shen Gong Wu has revealed itself. But one day, 'The Celestial Horn' activates and uses itself; causing the mane six to be transported to the world of Xiaolin Showdown. They become Xiaolin Dragons in-training and help the Wudai Warriors to collect the Shen Gong Wu and further stop the Heylin order from reigning. A new quest is then unfolded to search for the 'Heylin Wu' created by Wuya before her fight with Master Dashi; only the Heylin can unleash the true power of these evil Shen Gong Wu. The two types of Shen Gong Wu have started to activate because of a curse that the Xiaolin Warriors must get to the bottom of. Just to clarify; ponies are ponies, humans are humans.

Ahh, now this was a blast from the past. Now as for the fic there are quite a few noticeable spelling errors so I suggest you clean them up at some point. But aside from that I gotta thank you for bringing back memories for a series that never really got the credit it deserved.
PS I feel like you should've given the win to Jack; not only is he now out Shen Gong Wu but the interactions with the mane 6 would have been splendid!

Me and my roommates watched Aladdin the other day and afterwards we were like "Man, that was nineteen years ago when we first watched that and now we're at university and stuff. God where's our life gone?" 
Do you take requests for Heylin Wu ideas, because I have a few ideas:
1) Counting Sheep: A golden sheep which, when activated, releases a bunch of tiny puffs of wool into the air. If one of them hits someone, it vanishes and the one it hit falls asleep.
2) Puppet Strings: A puppet handle with strings coming down from it. When activated, the strings extend and latch themselves to the opponent at certain points, allowing the user to control them like puppets.
3) Tsunami Board: A surf board that creates massive tidal waves in its wake.

Maybe have the Counting Sheep do something in addition to sleep, like a sleep that can only be broken by some special means like a different Wu, or by adding the effect of giving the opponent nightmares.
Here are some other ideas:
Jerk in the Box: A Jack-in-the-Box that looks like a sinister clown that throws enormous pies at the opponent.
Diamond in the Rough: A large rock that shoots a barrage of pointed gemstones at the opponent.
Rugrat Rattle: A rattle that turns the target into a baby
Cantankerous Cane: A cane that makes the opponent extremely old; the sister Wu of the Rugrat Rattle, where the only way to reverse the effects of either one (besides the Reversing Mirror) is with the other one of the two.

Well that's understandable, because something like that would be both very powerful and very practical.
You know, it might be good if you make like a word document or something in which you compile all these ideas so they don't get lost and forgotten n the comments.
Frigid Field: A staff which, when slammed into the ground, freezes the ground on the battlefield. causing the opponents to slip and slide all over the place. Also, it allows the user to walk on ice as easily as walking on solid ground.
Trancing Tripod: A tripod that creates a flash of light to hypnotize the opponent, making them believe that they're posing for a photo and distracting them from whatever they're really supposed to be doing. That could be interpreted in a number of ways, some of which would be case-sensitive. Rarity, for instance, would start running around looking for a mirror so she can make sure she looks fabulous for the picture, while Rainbow would be continuously trying to find a pose awesome enough for it.
Quick questions: Will we get any spastic moments with Jack Spicer like we did in the show, because it seems like we're getting the serious Jack right now. Will Mecha Jack be in this?
I, too have some Wu ideas:
Psychedelic Harmony:- When used, the opponent won't attack, but actually help you to achieve any one of your goals. It can also be used to stop any fights between two or more people/ponies, like a husband and a wife stopping their fight so they can stay together.
Dull Declaimer: Much like 92snakeman's idea of The Counting Sheep, the user starts a long and boring lecture about something pointless and anybody near him/her will fall asleep for a period of time. It does have a backlash though. While he/she is giving the speech, they are open for a beat-down with long range Wu like the Eye of Dashi(I hope I got that name right).

Okay, I've had a Wu idea for a while.... I think in this scenario, it could prove quite humorous.
Sua Ping- Allows the user to switch bodies with another living being. Never really thought about what it looked like, so that's up to you. I'd personally love to see Chase, Jack, or Rai be a pony for a bit.

You seem to be rushing the endings of the chapters; you should take a little more time in giving the descriptions of events and, most importantly, in not skipping over any of the action.
This chapter gave me an idea for another Wu:
Call of the Wild: A golden horn that looks like the mouth of a roaring lion at the wider end. When used, the opponent loses all sense of civility and begins acting like some kind of wild animal. In other words, their body stays the same but their mental capacity goes back a few thousand years down the evolutionary path.
That's it.

The Needle of Life: This sewing needle gives you the power to turn anything around you into a new creature (Like a golem of gems or a zombie of gravel) to do your bidding. This can be used to do both good deeds and bad.

The Ring of Nine Dragons has to be the most hilarious Wu of all. I loved that episode with all of the Omi's running amok.
