This story is going to go through the process of a rewrite to keep canon with Season 4.

A young human boy of age seven is sent to Equestria by his loving parents in an attempt to save him from the end of the world. He is found by the Royal Pony Sisters and they bring him to Equestria to fulfill his parents' wish.

This takes place after Season 3 and is set in the Past Sins universe.

However, an unknown force of darkness rises from the shadowy depths of the earth and achieves his ultimate plan that can not only seal the fate of Equestria, but for the rest of the world as well.

Now, without the aid of the Princesses and the Elements of Harmony, it's up to Ford Mustang and his elderly dragon friend, Hindel, to set things right and stop this monstrous tyrant once and for all. Yet there is one key factor, one constant variable in their lives that will always be there to remind them of how much they love and care for one another, no matter what issues they face.
