Following fifteen years after the events of the Spiders and Magic series, Starlight Glimmer unleashes the powers of the Tablet of Order and Chaos along with the forbidden time travel spell from Starswirl the Bearded. Now, Peter must travel across various timelines and alternate realities to locate the missing fragments of the tablet as well as rescue his fellow Avengers.

Unto this city comes a young gypsy-mare of humble beginnings, wrongfully accused of witchcraft and murder, and only the deformed bell ringer of Notre Mare Cathedral can save her.

Taking place after the events of the 3rd story, Peter Parker AKA Spider-Mane is once again living a good life in Equestria. That all changes when several Capcom villains, arrive in Equestria, including Shadowlaw leader M. Bison, Son of Sparda Vergil & former Umbrella Employee & Captain of S.T.A.R.S. Albert Wesker.

Their arrival threatens a war against Equestria, but Peter won't be going at this alone, joined by his lovely wife Twilight Sparkle & her friends, The Elements of Harmony, plus some visiting allies from the Marvel world, including X-Men member Wolverine & Fantastic Four hot-shot, The Human Torch, Johnny Storm, Peter will deal with the Capcom threat. Peter must deal with Wesker planning to destroy Equestria just to get his hands, or hooves, on Peter, which includes recruiting Marvel villains & MLP Antagonists; deal with Vergil, who has a weird affection for Fluttershy; and the dastardly Vega, who has no problems manipulating emotions from various fillies & mares.

Others joining this ride include the Capcom Trio of Heroes, Ryu, Chris Redfield & Dante, who aren't too friendly with the Marvel side, a few other X-Men, plus Weapon X experiment X-23 & the newly outspoke rebel, Thunderlane, who is out to prove that Spider-Mane is a menace to their society.

Babies: Twilight, Applejack, Fluttershy, Rainbow, Pinkie and Rarity have been found on Tracie Oddland's doorstep. Unable to leave them to fend for themselves, she takes them into her home and grows very attached. But how do 6 baby ponies fit into human civilisation without causing chaos?

After he gets lost in the Everfree, Spike stumbles upon an odd capsule machine in front of an old tree and after inserting a bit, he opens the capsule that comes out of the machine. A strange ghost creature by the name of Whisper comes out and introduces Spike to the world of Yo-Kai.

Now in the six years of her career, the Dark Mare apprehended Manehattan's most murderous, maniacal, most dangerous criminal, the Mane-iac after a failed attempt of killing the Mayor.

After taking her to the infamous Arkham Asylum, Batmare was suspicious of Mane-iac's surrender and escorted her throughout the asylum. Too late, Mane-iac escaped and planned a few killer surprises in store for our Dark Mare. Not only Batmare has to take out Mane-iac but all the criminals in Batmare's Rogue Gallery and the visiting Blackgate convicts. She needs to stop Mane-iac before she unleashes a chaotic catastrophe that can mean Manehattan's end.

Distraught after waking up from a nightmare, Marble Pie finds comfort from an unexpected pony.
