A quiet summer night in Ponyville takes a violent turn when two pegasus ponies enter the Everfree Forest and only one comes out alive, leaving the second accused of murder, on trial for her life. Ace Attorney Phoenix Wright finds himself dragged from his own world, magically summoned to Equestria by Twilight Sparkle to defend Rainbow Dash from charges of killing Ace Swift, a superstar pegasus athlete and champion racer.

Trapped in an unfamiliar world ruled by magical talking ponies, Phoenix must draw on all his wits and experience to solve the crime and uncover the conspiracy behind it... before Rainbow Dash is banished to the sun for a murder she didn't commit.

A few weeks ago (or months, as it may be) I ponified a scene from BBC's Sherlock. It starred Twilight Sparkle as the equivalent of Sherlock Holmes and Applejack as the equivalent of John Watson.

Originally, that would have been the end of it. However, it occurred to me that in this case I could actually extend the character equivalents across the entire series of Sherlock. And so, Twilight, in a good way.

Piece by piece, I am ponifying the episodes of Sherlock. As such, a spoiler warning is warranted:

After a Draqonquis (or however it is spelled) named Psychosis decides to mess up all of time and space by blending dimensions together, Twilight must create friendship with the different humans, robots, and aliens she meets in order to use the Elements of Harmony against Psychosis and his roomies...Cthulu and the Ender dragon.
Oh, and no Derpy censoring! A big bonus!

As the shadowy plans of a scheming genius loom over Manechester, two ponies step up to solve the mysteries surrounding them and bring justice to the land.

Cheerilee, distinguished teacher of Ponyville, has been assigned to Caretaker of a unicorn to teach about "How to Live Sober" to the "student".
Once she reaches the unicorn's home however, she did not expect for the unicorn to be a stallion. Or to be quite..... unique. Mentally.
His name is Sherlock Holmes. He just moved to Ponyville all the way from Trottingham.
And his deduction skills are quite phenomenal.
As she will unfortunately soon find out.

Sherlock knows that as a small colt the world does not take him seriously. He has not yet come across his big break in crime solving. But when a certain fan of a certain book series gets out of hand its time for Holmes to get to work once more on cracking a case that will get people to pay him some mind.
The series of crime novels known as the Palesbrook Detective is a set of literary works that the young Holmes greatly enjoys. His passion for solving crimes came from the first time he picked up one of the writer's, a Mrs Windy Weather, books and has not been able to put them down since. But when the young detective chances across a murder scene with the fourth and latest instalment of the Palesbrook series in hoof he begins to notice some similarities between the gruesome murder before him and the murder of a certain insurance broker Don Richie in the first Palesbrook instalment. Holmes quickly notices the structure and the pattern of the murder before the police and decides that he needs to do something before the Palesbrook Madman re-enacts the entire series of horrible crimes with the residents of Canterlot.

"Within these pages I will detail the accounts of the many interesting mysteries that have befallen Trottingham's only consulting detective, Deduction, and myself."
