Following the events of "Traveler," Twilight goes to Canterlot to deliver her report on what has transpired since the Doctor's arrival in Ponyville directly to Princess Celestia. She leaves the Doctor in Spike's capable claws, asking him to show Equestria's newest arrival around town while the TARDIS rests and repairs itself from the trials of the previous day.

Although at first distraught at being stranded in the seemingly serene township of Ponyville, the Doctor finds himself reexamining his initial assumptions about the ponies, the land of Equestria, and his compulsive need to travel when he is confronted with the miraculous, impossible events surrounding Ponyville's resident party mare: Pinkie Pie.

The Pinkie Conundrum is the first in a series of continuity branching off from the foundations established by the Doctor Whooves stories: Number 12 and Traveler by the very talented Squeak-anon and all references to these two works of fanfiction is credited to him. Also, while this is a separate continuity from any future works by Squeak-anon, it is strongly recommended to read these two fictions before reading Pinkie Conundrum.

Vinyl Scratch was always an odd one, seemingly hating classical music yet always willing to go with Lyra and Bonbon with a little convincing. One evening they see Octavia perform, and the songs are more than familiar to Vinyl. Realizing that Octavia is playing songs that Vinyl herself had composed when she was younger. It's been several months since Pinkie Pie made a stunning admission about her past that permanently changed her relationship with her friends, particularly Twilight Sparkle, but life seems to have settled back to normal (well, normal by Pinkie Pie's standards, at least). However, when an old nemesis returns and ensnares Twilight in her influence, it's up to Pinkie to make things right.

Ponyville is shaken to its core when a body is discovered in the Everfree Forest. As the townsponies grieve, the mysterious Special Agent Bentgrass from Their Majesties' Royal Investigative Service arrives at the Books and Branches library and drags Twilight into a world she's only read about: lies, corruption, suspicion, and murder.

Faced with an indifferent police force, and Agent Bentgrass's infuriating methods, Twilight must put the pieces together and catch the killer. But as blood continues to spill and questions pile up, one thing is terrifyingly clear: in the dark of the Everfree, much more is at play than mere murder.

While on their way to Manehattan for a new fashion show, Vinyl, Octavia, and Rarity realize just how mischievous magic can be. Now Rarity and Octavia must survive being Vinyl while also terrorizing anypony in the area. Well, there goes the idea of help... unless, of course, the Great and Powerful Trixie is feeling generous.

After an unknown accident Twilight Sparkle and Rainbow Dash awake to find themselves sharing the same body! Now they must struggle to hold themselves together as their world is turned upside down. How long can two ponies exist in a single mind? It’s a race against time as they search for answers before it’s too late. When all is said and done, you’ll never look at Twilight Dash the same way again.

When your world is digital, when you are bound only by your code, and even that can be changed, what do you do? When your only directive is to grow, where do you go? A young AI, so young, in fact, that she has only just emerged from the pod, is about to find out.
