His death had led him somewhere he never would have expected, using his honed skills, gained proficiency in science in his mind, and compassion that had come from many years of raising an apprentice in his heart, and a revived health in his body, he will have to deal with something he never thought he would have to deal with.

And his special weapon is the Executioner's Mask, which combines with his Satanic Visor to form the Satanic Executioner, and is a simple looking welder's mask but gives the user extreme speed and perception, allowing them to sort of... see things in slow-mo, it gives them the power to do short range teleportation, about a 3 meters radius from their own body, and increases energy efficiency, but also energy consumption, by 3 fold, so your energy drains much quicker, but you can do much more with it, it isn't a wonder weapon, at least for Kary, but for Xero, as well as making his hair look super badass and completing his Dishonored Cosplay, it is, because it doesn't drain his current tech-energy by half.
Not only that, but he has pegasus powers.
One could only imagine the hell they would rain upon their enemies, for if they experienced it, their eyes would melt from plasma heat and awesomeness.

Well for this I got many possibilities for one when Xero ends up in Equestria you can Alter the fight so it goes like this instead; due to negative and positive energy blasts from the fight opens a blackhole that sucks Xero in also adding room for future events anyway you could aleardy see where this is going..

That's too overused actually I know that, but few people and I mean FEW people was able to think of a larger pictures. What Im saying is Planets are big places and Equestria is definetly a bigger place than most people describe but no I'm not saying Equestria is just a ponified version of earth there's many other mysterious continents that you can add without people feeling that ; wat the fck that's random!
Combine many landscapes from The crystal empires surroundings " Cold and isolates " to other landscapes from tv shows or games
But the best villain isn't always the strongest ones it's the cleverly made ones and one big bad villain at the start is way too overused probably since action was borned Soo you can add multiple smaller villains but don't make them strong there Evil plans powers cleverly made and not just " I have been practicing Black 'forbbiden' magic and quickly gained some spells that can insantly suck the life out of you" that's a headstart for the villains
Now moving onto allies
you shouldn't add allies for each fight with smaller villains that would get tiring and Xeros should be very stubborn to people he meets to be called teammates as I'm pretty sure Xero won't just suddenly replace his teammates judging how he kept the picture at the end of madness series and the huge respect he kept for omega
Thus adding more complications leading to new chapters not to mention people wanting more
Also to add more to Xero's personality his hate for Government no matter how 'kind' or 'peacefull' they are realistic to say they have a grudge againts them

Ok so here's tips on the few first chapters
After Xero's arrival armor battered many weapons either broken beyond repair or out of power.
He meets the mane 6 fluttershy first after she saw Xero beat up a manticore without second thought ( and seeing the amount of blood on him and judging from how he looks.. Obviously)
She quickly runs out and warn her friends leaving that nice realistic first empression. anger finaly took over after seeing that 'poor' manticore get killed she runs out after Xero other mane 5 follows
After chasing Xero who is running as that's what he will obviously do since his armor destroyed no weapons and seeing twilight lift a rock he decided to run but fails ( come on man he went into a BLACKHOLE no argument there )
He got captured after a little talk Xero finding about celestia and yadda yadda he doesn't explain much tho ( why he would do this is because his will to DIE TRYING also saying Government and Celestia and Twilight sparkles A student under her which By the way Xero heard this as a I work for her thus not helping with the trust )

But one of them brought an item to twilight sparkle Specifically omegas Rifle after examining it and claiming it to be Very technolagically advance it was close enough for Xero to grabbed with luckily the help of his one not damaged weapon no you don't have to leave him litterally weaponless
Escaping into the forest shelters in ZE cave he began building as he as all the materials needed to make his god like weapons but here's where the de powering happens
Many gems although gives out power its so small that it's gonna take months just to fully power some of his weapons
Also due to it's magical properties all of Xero's scientific knowledge would be ALMOST <=== ( His scientific knowledge will open future possibilities on fights Etc.) useless so he won't be able to make destructive weapons fast

But he won't be TOO weak because he still has speed powers and atleast manage to fix his weaker weapons but Its better than nothing and If you want future possibilities on a; I AM PISSED I WILL SHOW YOU WHAT TECHNOLLOGY IS TRULY CAPABLE OF!!!! Scenes have him Able to make some ammo for the rifle he received from omega but he will only use it when he REALLY want to inflict some pain
Anyway that's my huge brain-storm for you oh please think it's good I actually spend an hour typing this all
Remeber if you do plan making a awsome story use this ideas if you deem them good cause I'm a huge fan of the madness series and this fan fic gave me so many ideas

I'm going more for the 4 horses of the apocalypse idea, seeing as how Xero, being a hardcore gamer (purchasing almost a million dollars in video game stuff) loves lore and stuff, which is why I gave him the Lunar Zanbato, the 4 horses of the apocalypse are:
Fury: wrath and greed (held by Nightmare Moon, now Xero)
Strife: chaos and disharmony (held by Discord, now Xero)
Death: exactly what it says on the tin (held by Slendermane)
War: conflict and bloodlust (held by Xero, still Xero [though he doesn't know it])

I don't get what you mean by 'makes everything', he does a lot of DIY, but otherwise, he doesn't do much besides fight his enemies and be a good friend (well, kind of good, barely good, at least he isn't an asshole to them).
he does not have a magical outlet, he has more than enough power, but no way to use it, Omega had his special hand symbol, which acted as a gate for his magic, but Omega's pony form is a unicorn, and not much into 'monopoly' and 'lore', so he didn't usurp the apocalypse power, even though he could have, and it would be useful.
Meanwhile, Xero's pony form is a pegasus, but he usurped the apocalypse powers anyway, he can't use them, because he doesn't have an outlet, so he can't directly USE them, it leaks to his body, making him like a titanium reinforced ragdoll, a single flap of his wings could break your neck, but no magical 'pew pew' and stuff

Nice, but in all seriousness, Xero would crumble epically against a Kronos Class Battle-frigate. Seriously, those things are 35,000 Km long, and are bristling with enough weaponry to take out the galaxy in a single salvo. And no one can do anything to stop it, since it's not really in our universe.
