Three visitors unknowingly blunder into Equestria. A troll flees the world of man to fulfill his heinous ambition in the land of ponies. The second is a beagle who would follow his master anywhere. And the last visitor is the seemingly unstoppable juggernaut of Earth. Some call him the Great Red Neck Hope. Others call him a garbage man. He has many titles: fool, idiot, hero, and savior. It is this last title by which the Equestrians will call him; for he alone can stop the scourge of Rotnart, the greatest of Trantor’s spawn.
This story takes place right after the events of the movie, “Ernest Scared Stupid.” No knowledge of Ernest is required to enjoy this story, but it is highly recommended by the authors that you watch this incredible movie.

I have been working on writing an Ernest in Equestria story for a while now (trying to figure out some stuff for it), with planning, writing ideas and outlines in a notebook, and more planning, hoping to have it out soon as I never as this particular goofball crossedover with FiM before...but seems ya beat me too it.

Rimshot first appeared in "Ernest Goes to Jail." Rimshot was also in the next movie to be made "Ernest Scared Stupid," which is also where the trolls were introduced. After Scared Stupid I don't believe either Rimshot or the trolls were in anything else Jim Varney did. I think the gold fish Jake, was only in "Ernest Goes to Africa."

In chapter one, Rotnart placed one of his pods on the ground before retreating into the forest. That pod grew into another troll and Rotnart escaped into the forest. Ernest killed the decoy troll.
