! So now Fluttershy is in Diamond Tiara's body? I shudder to think what these fillies are doing in their bodies. Horn and wings with no idea how to use them, among other problems.
Of course, nobody ever listens to foals, even when they have something extremely important to say. Everyone just assumes they're pretending. I just hope that once everyone finds out, the mother doesn't say something like "Well, why didn't you say anything before?"

Fluttershy as Diamond Tiara, oh the possibilities. Assuming Silver Spoon is still herself, the nasty things she could try to say against the CMC (assuming they are them selfs and even then). "(Um...) I think you're mane is a mess...". Assuming you are taking the direction were they have to spent some amount of time in those bodies and some are trying to hide as best as possible of course.
Why doesn't this have more views?

Sweety Belle = Rarity (Poor Rarity, I can't imagine the state of her house afterward...)

I don't know. Sweetie Belle = Rarity, and Scootaloo = Rainbow Dash is a BUT predictable, but if written well it could work. At least they are fillies that we know a lot about.
I kinda like how Twilight woke up as someone she didn't know. I wonder if Twist will know anything about Twilight, considering that she's famous as well as the town librarian. I fear the situation with Diamond Tiara. Poor Fluttershy!

In my headcanon, all the fillies are familiar with Twilight (or 'Miss Sparkle', as they know her) because Cheerilee often suggests her as a point of call for researching homework and projects.

I love the story so far. I just wish you could give us more of each chapter! The transitions between ponies seem a bit quick, and all Rarity and Apple Bloom have been able to do so far is wake up and get out the door. The concept is great, but I do hope for a bit more action.

It's a consequence of trying to wing a story with twelve characters all in different places - because most of them are going to meet each other at some point, there's only so far I can take each chapter before having to introduce another character. Once the intros are out of the way it might proceed a little more quickly. :)

Unfortunately a story like this is probably more likely than not to contain 'unfortunate implications'. Not a lot I can do about that :) I'm surprised you haven't pointed out the more obvious one: Dash and Scootaloo sleeping in the same bed. I almost scrapped that idea, but I felt it showed the relaxed relationship between Scoots and Dash quite nicely. And also I got to have a gag running across two chapters, which I like. XD

In my headcanon (maybe I should actually be putting my headcanon in my stories instead of explaining it after ^^), Scootaloo already knows how to fly. It's her dream, so she's spent lots of time researching, practising, getting lessons from Dash, etc. She's just not physically capable yet. If she was, she'd be a great flier. That said, her flying style is somewhat unrefined; she flies the way she thinks Rainbow Dash flies, hence her powering everywhere at top speed.

Spoony is my favourite filly, so it was good to find a big role for her. Originally I had considered making Silver Spoon one of the fillyswaps - in fact, she was going to be Fluttershy's swap, but then I realised that Fluttershy as Diamond Tiara is much funnier. ^^
Also, Diamond would not be as understanding or nice as Spoon was.
Are you continuing this? I've noticed that updates have been taking longer, and I was worried that you'd lost interest in the story. I do hope to read more soon, though. You're a great writer!

Thanks! Yes, I am continuing; I've just been incredibly busy at work for the last month. I'm also trying to work out where to take the story next - I haven't had time to come up with any ideas. I have started the next chapter, but I can't say at this time when it will be finished.
