After the previous chapter filled with tons of info bombs this one deals with those (these?) information. We get time to cool down and digest the topics one by one. This is a better way of using a slower paced chapter to your advantage.
I am glad Sunrise isn't hiding her pregnancy, that trope annoys me a lot, it is rarely executed well. Chif gets to grieve his loss and Sunrise to accept hers.
Just for the record, I have a headcannon that Chifundo's rhymes are bad, but noone dares to point that out. It's an inside joke everyone except him is in on. Even strangers shrug off his attemts on the account of him 'just being a zebra'. Sometimes, though, he manages to hit a good one, that's usually when I point them out. Case in point:
