Who's to say she didn't? Ammy got cured, Vinyl got something similar (if not superior) to sight, and Trixie... well, they say ignorance is bliss.

True, but if she's equally cruel to every pony she 'deals' with then it becomes expected. Where's the fun in crushing ponies beneath your hooves if you've already rendered them hopeless before you've even met them?
I have 2 questions. What would have happened if Trixie had taken the boon potion? I mean she isn't blind unlike Vinyl, if she would have seen magic and sound then I think it would have been a curse as well. Because of sensory overload. The only way this was a boon for Vinyl was because she was blind, but without the blindness constantly seeing sound and magic. That would have been sensory torture.
2nd question is how is Trixie ever going to get connected with Ammy to make TvE happening. Also it's kinda vague about the curse. Has it removed all of Trixie memories or just the recent ones? Or is the curse even worse and gave Trixie Alzheimer. You know the mental disease that prevents a person to have short term memory. I hope some clarifications about Trixie condition in the next chapter.

That's all fine and dandy (in a sense), but I've already written one soul-crushing story. I don't want this one to be quite at the same level. I am well aware of how much more vile it would have been, but I needed things to work out in a certain way for story purposes. Celestia's decisions solved a lot of different problems for me without obligating that Vinyl's story become even longer than it already is. If that somehow makes her villainy seem lesser (despite all she's already done), so be it.

1st) Not true. It may have been a sensory overload for Trixie at first, but in time she would have learned to adapt and get used to it, at which point she would have had a potentially huge edge over other spellcasters. On that note, if Vinyl had received the memory potion, she'd have not only had to start completely from scratch (pun not intended), she would have to have done so blind. The point is not that any one pony suffers, it's that the family they've built loses a member, so the whole family suffers. And yes, if Vinyl had been the one to forget, Celestia would have made sure she didn't stay with Trixie and Amethyst.
2nd) I can't say anything about Trixie. Yet. Nor will you be seeing her in the next chapter. In fact, you won't be seeing her for a long time.
But we will be seeing her again.
So far, we've really only seen Celestia do two things herself: That.... stuff with Shiny and Cadance, and setting the "rules" for Vinyl's little, uh, predicament. I'd like to see some more from her - or perhaps you're making her abilities vague on purpose?

Did you forget how she sealed her good half in a statue for all eternity, or keeps her sister trapped on the moon? Or how about forcing Fine and Hoofknife to fight to the death, or forcing Fine to chain himself in a dungeon and go insane for twelve weeks with only an unprepared 14-year-old to look after him? And of course, she did slaughter two whole armies entirely on her own.
But to really answer your question, Celestia may be evil, but she's also maintaining an image. Those who work closest to her are the only ones aware of her corruption. To the rest of the world, she's still a veritable saint and, in the eyes of most, a perceived goddess. Her methods require that most of her dirty work be done by others, and when she does want to cut loose and do her villainy thing she has to do it behind closed doors. Unless, of course, something big happens that lets her go nuts in the open, like the whole Crystal Rebellion she orchestrated just for the sake of a little wanton destruction. Only a rare few, like Tune Grief and his (former) band, have seen through the ruse.
Celestia's actions are typically in the background, and in some books (like the next one) she likely won't make any appearances at all. In a way, this demonstrates the real challenge that Fine and his team faces: they not only have to kill a pony with unbelievable magical strength, but one who is also a Grade-A chessmaster with 1,000 years of experience under her chestplate and the support of the unwitting majority.
Does this story have rape in it?

First: Why would you immediate decide to ask that particular question, of all possible questions that you are prone to asking?
Second: Yes, albeit not explicitly.
So Vinyl becomes Daredevil? Cool. And Trixie becomes an amnesiac. Also cool. Onwards!
