Two Infantry stallions, Charger and Sights have been in the military for quite some time. However after Charger's freind, Sights get shot in combat they are transfered to an office biulding. While Sights works a normal office job Charger is thrown into a top secret military organisation that is harboring the Mane Six and using their power. Charger and Sights must now rescue and hide the six, before the government can catch up with them.
