Short series of one-word prompts given to me by a friend. Most are under 3000 words, and are unrelated to one another unless specifically stated. All of them will be Twidash. Tags will update depending on the chapters I add. This story will update infrequently, as in whenever I have time to write something that isn't one of my main fics.

Rainbow dash and Twilight Sparkle lately have grown close over Daring Do books and reading nights. When the Wonderbolts auditions approach, Twilight realizes that Rainbow's dream threatens to separate them. With the risk of losing Rainbow becoming all the more real, Twilight has to decide which is more important: Risking Rainbow, or risking Rainbow's dreams

I decided to try my hand at writing a shipfic of my own, hoping to step out of my comfort zone. As I've never tried writing romance before, I would really appreciate constructive criticisms on how I may improve :) I hope you enjoy what's more to come for The Force of Dreams!

Ponyville is obsessed with a new comic book about local superheroes The Mysterious Mare Do Well and Rainbow Flash.

Mare Do Well's secret identity as a mild-mannered unicorn librarian is unsettling enough, but the comic writer seems to know much more than they should about Ponyville's secrets, and possibly even its future.

If the comics are right, Ponyville is going to need real heroes. Heroes like Rainbow Dash and Twilight Sparkle.

I come here every week. I still believe you can hear me, and I like to pretend you weren't taken away. Instead, I'm forced to face , whether I truly believe this is my reality or not. How would you feel waking up from a dream that seems so real? How would you feel when all your dreams are ripped from your soul?

Right now, this could be all a dream.

How am I supposed to know which is which?

Rainbow Dash is many things. Awesome, radical, amazing, and at least twenty percent cooler than any other pony in Equestria.

She is also lost, lonely and uncertain. Not that anypony else would know.

During the day she is everything everypony expects her to be: she is fast, daring, and adventurous, but when the sun goes down, she is left alone with her thoughts. Tired of simply yearning for something more, she sets out on a night of soul searching and stumbles onto a friend in need, and maybe, underneath the vanilla twilight, she finds something more.

Twilight has had feelings for a while, feelings she can't explain. What happens when the one she has these feelings for also has these feelings? And what will happen when a mare is forced to choose between the mare she loves or her life's goal?

A series of song-prompt based short stories featuring the romantic relationship between Twilight Sparkle and Rainbow Dash. Each story will be no more than ~1,000 words.

The theme/mood/atmosphere of every chapter is influenced by the song prompt chosen.

All credit goes to the artists who wrote and performed the amazing songs that will be used at some point in this collection of stories. If you want to see a specific song used as a prompt, I'm open to any and all suggestions!

You never did like to do new things. Changing what you did meant changing who you were. But no matter what you do, things will change. It can be because you did something well, or something poor, or even doing nothing at all. Things are still going to change.

The least you can do is make sure they change for the better.

Looking back, it should have been obvious. It wasn't at the time of course and they knew that, but it was now. All those brief moments they spent together, the close encounters, it was like they were dancing around the subject.
And it all began with something so very small.

Rainbow Dash walks through the deserted, snowed streets of Ponyville, looking for a place to get warm and finds herself at the door of the local library. Even in the coldest of winter days, warmth can be found, and, as she soon figures out, there are many ways to share your warmth with another.

Some more special and meaningful than others.
