When the Cutie Mark Crusaders dig up an ancient magical artifact, they unleash a spell on the town that allows everypony to see a "lie meter" floating above each other's heads. While attempting to solve the mystery, Twilight Sparkle has to analyze the tenuous balance between friendship and honesty. She doesn't like what she finds.

One morning, the sun doesn't rise. Twilight is convinced that every timekeeping device in Ponyville has malfunctioned, while Luna blames Discord.

Celestia wants Twilight and her friends to loosen up a little bit around her. Luna just wants to try the hard cider. During a surprise visit to Sweet Apple Acres at the tail end of cider season, Princess Luna has just a bit too much to drink, and when she makes a rather inappropriate joke, Twilight comes to the very uncomfortable realization that she has never seen Celestia excuse herself to use the restroom.

To Twilight Sparkle and Princess Celestia, it is a simple surprise visit to Canterlot. To the ponies of the Equestrian Civil Service, it is twenty-four hours of chaos, politics, weaponized dessert, politics, underhooved manipulation of media, politics, and things batrachian and tentacular. Who said bureaucracy isn't exciting?

The news channel Trot TV, the highest-rated source of news on TV, has hired Fluttershy as an on-site news reporter and a new hope blossoms in the shy pony, who hopes that the experience could help her with financial and confidence problems. However, she needs to be alert on her hooves, as news of a hooded stallion, nicknamed Fred for the name painted across his signature hoodie, spreads throughout the entirety of Equestria. Investigations are ongoing, but the chase to catch Fred seems far from over.

A sleeping Rarity mysteriously appears in her friends' beds, and nopony knows how or why. Her friends are determined to discover the truth behind Rarity's night-time snuggling spree.

In which Vinyl Scratch, Octavia, Lyra, Bon-Bon, Fleur Dis Lee, Derpy, Time Turner, Photo Finish, the Flower Mares, Carrot Top, Minuette, and Berry Punch are secretly awesome.

Don't worry, there's totally a story.

But... you kinda have to read it to believe it.

It does involve a conspiracy. Also, insurance scams. Probably romance, so... that's happening. And, like, really cool fight scenes.

And I think there's a dinosaur in there somewhere. Probably not.

That would be awesome, though.

Four hundred years after Princess Luna's return from the moon, the Equestrian Space Program put a pony in space for the first time.
Fast forward two hundred more years, and there is an established moon colony and asteroid-mining is a quickly growing field. The first deep-space exploration vessel has just been launched, and ponykind holds its breath as the Spellship Arcanum boldly goes where nopony has gone before!

As a note: if some of the spelling looks strange, it's because we spell some words differently up here in Canada. Grey instead of gray, defence instead of defense, etc.

Have you ever been on a trip that you really did not want to go on? Well that's how I feel right about now. I'm Edward, just some 23 year old shut-in and I've been dragged along for a boring-ass vacation on some island in the middle of nowhere.

Although, it would seem that my destination would be somewhere very different. While still being in the middle of nowhere, I'm in the middle of nowhere with a bunch of talking colorful horses. What's worse, is I can't even understand a damn thing they are saying; but, oh it gets even better than that; I'm now somehow one of these things.

Before I can even think about getting out of this mess, I'll need to learn how to even walk and talk like one of them, maybe then I can get some answers and hopefully find my way home.
