The first mission that the map sends Twilight and company on was not a success. Starlight Glimmer has converted Twilight's friends and starts using drastic measures on Twilight. Spike informs Celestia of Twilight and her friends missing and Celestia has to ask her old student Sunset Shimmer for help.

Twilight Sparkle and friends have noticed that they are no longer aging. Everypony except Twilight's brother Shining Armor is aging. They hope that princess Celestia can provide some answers, but a sadder truth is revealed.

Long Path, an earth pony living in Canterlot, and his best friend, a griffon named Free Agent, set out in the company of Twilight Sparkle to visit various places and species to look into what makes them different, and hopefully learn how to get along with them better. Things rarely go to plan though, and along the way, they discover things about themselves, and find love, drama, and laughter. Then Chrysalis changes everything, and the fate of the whole world might be at stake. Their lives will never be the same!

This story is set mostly after the events of Conversations in a Canterlot Cafe and builds on the fanon of the series, especially changelings, so you might want to read those stories first for background material.

Welcome one and all to Cowwarr, a sleepy little town in south-eastern Australia. Strange things have started happening, but it's all okay, the new school teacher just arrived and soon the new doctor will be getting here. Just don't mind how folks look around here, something odd happened. Something magical.

This story has a lot of backstory and world-building behind it, as well as a huge plot ahead of it. Sit down, strap in, and relax with a beer (or apple juice for the foals), this will be a long ride.

It's Home Run's first day at Canterlot High School, having just moved over from Fillydelphia after the winter break. Before he can start things right, the baseball player is dragged into a whole new world, filled with aliens, guns, blades, and robotic suits. Trying to make sense of the events unfolding around him, Home Run soon comes into contact with Sunset Shimmer and the girls and even Princess Celestia herself. Will he be able to overcome the alien forces, or will the world forever change?

This story takes place in our Bloodlines Continuity.

After hearing Celestia's spiel about friendship being magic for the Nth time, and getting fed up with being told to make friends with the ponies that had been content to leave her on the streets of Canterlot, Sunset Shimmer is about to go back to the mirror that showed her as a powerful Alicorn to try to figure out what it means, when she hears Celestia talking about something that worries her...

When Principal Celestia suggests to Princess Twilight that she assign a representative in the inevitable event that the government takes an interest in a portal to another world on her school's campus, Twilight sends a mare with lots of experience traveling and dealing with beings of all stripes, plus the ego to keep from being cowed by agents of a foreign government. Besides, Trixie could use a...third chance, after all.
Meanwhile, the student Trixie is being disciplined. Her punishment? Escorting a new student around the school for at least 30 days. That student? Twilight Sparkle, new transfer from Crystal Prep.

Our protaganist's life (mine) turns from dramatic to tragic in a single moment...but then an out-of-left-field event happens, and I find myself in an alternate universe version of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic where the only difference seems to be Queen Chrysalis hatches a new queen years before the 1,000th Summer Sun Celebration...and I'm that new queen.

Jumping in on this particular bandwagon. Tagged "Gore" for the opening chapter (and possibly later chapters) and "Sex" because you can't mention any part of the reproductive process without the sex tag on this site.
