Not everything is quite what it seems, and this especially holds true for ponies. Sometimes, that bitter old mare is secretly a kind old pony afraid to love again. Sometimes, that bragging pony is really afraid she might fail. Sometimes, that happy-go-lucky face you see on the street is much darker and somber beneath the surface.

Last year, Rainbow Dash crushed the competition to become the Equestrian World Ping Pong Champion. Can she defend her title again at this year's Equestrian World Ping Pong Championship Tournament? Or will a new champion be crowned at the end of the final showdown? Will anypony ever explain how they manage to hold paddles when they have no hands?!

This is the sequel to my first story, Ping Pong Just Got 20% Cooler. My fans asked for it, and I finally got around to making it, so enjoy!

Not all Diamond Dogs are bad, in fact some would love to have a pony or two over for dinner. When Fluttershy is invited to share Thanksgiving, a holiday which most Ponies, if not all, are unfamiliar with, she accepts and is introduced to a Diamond Dog delicacy. Turkey.

The Canterlot Castle Gardens are home to some of the most incredible statues in Equestria. They range in subject from great minds of magic such as Starswirl the Bearded to a group of ponies renowned for being the bearers of the Elements of Harmony. Of course, every rose has its thorn, and this garden’s most deadly thorn was the stone prison of Discord, a powerful being whose chaotically twisted sense of humor was matched in unusualness by his equally chaotic form, a mix-match of different races. Discord was a terrifyingly sinister tyrant feared and despised by all. All, that is, except a similarly socially outcast soul, Princess Luna.

Rainbow Dash had a great life, but eventually she finds herself at her limits. As she stands of the lonely edge of a cliff, she looks back to everything that brought her to this point, the good that led to the bad, and the bad that led to the worse. Between a party for a gift she never got to keep, the tears shed for the life that never was, the betrayl froom the one she held closet, the tower in the sky where she locked herself away from the world, and the mask she wore when she was taken from her self-imposed exile... All of it led to her choice to jump, her choice to end the pain she felt. Can anypony save her, is there nopony left who can fix the damage in her soul?

Nightmare Moon has been running around Ponyville doing unthinkable acts! She's been... been helping ponies and doing charitable work! Hold on a second, that's not bad at all? Why is the evil NIghtmare Moon being so nice? What? Nopony told her she's the villian? Well gee, somepony should go do that, shouldn't they?

In case it wasn't slightly obvious, Nightmare Moon is doing things that typically aren't expected of a villian, and when Twilight Sparkle inquires as to why she's so nice, it shocks Nightmare to learn that she's the villian. Seeing no other option, she immediately sets out to rectify this situation. This is a comedy with darker elements including, but not limited to, kitten cruelty, royal beatdowns on the eldery, orphan terrorizing, property damage, and the ever present etc.

In the gardens of the castle, the home of Equestria’s princess sisters, Celestia and Luna, there are many statues. Some depict brave ponies in the midst of equally brave deeds. There are some of the princesses, mostly the eldest sister, Princess Celestia, but that was to be expected, seeing as the younger, Princess Luna, had previously resided in the moon for a thousand years as Nightmare Moon. A few are made purely for decorative purposes, or to show support for local artists.

There is, however, a statue that is attributed to none of these reasons, a statue that depicts something terrible and frightening even as a statue. This statue is the current form of a draconequus by the almost ironically appropriate name of Discord.

Two ponies face off in what could be the single greatest match of ping pong in all of Equestria. When the Equestria World Ping Pong Championship Tournament reaches the finals, all of Equestria will witness showdown of epic proportions between Pinkie "The Paddle" Pie, an up and coming rookie prodigy, and the reigning champion Rainbow "The Smash Queen" Dash. When these two legends meet, what will happen, who will win, and the question that haunts us all, how the hay are they holding the paddles with no hands?!
