Well Luna only recently returned to that role so her being gone again wpn't do too much.
Just hope the next chapter doesn't include spy and stuff like that.
Again who is running the country as well as the crew would not be ready to actually fly the ship yet. They just learned of her and just got her powered up.
Author this is a good concept but you need to rewrite and slow down the pace a bit.

yea........ the Engine(s) couldn’t handle the pressure in the Anime that the Warp-jump cursed either and got temporarily knocked out of action, that and with no Engine power it completely shut down everything, (duh, :P)
