Applejacks finding out that in many workplaces, people are there to do the minimum amount of work for minimummpay and dont want management seeing just how much work could be done for a given wage, and gleefully help such eager newbies the ropes. Occasionally in the back of the locker.
Lunas finding out that the simulation aint over till Bony sings, and pulling the power would break everything including them?
Looks like the moons are going to have to face their own dlc in the mad video game.
Well if it isn't Herr Arzt Braun. Guten tag good Doctor.

Only thing that will be good about the doctor is when he's dead.
Anyway great chapter. things are ramping up inside the sim. I wonder who'll get all the sweet loot at the end
Huh boy, praying for you, Applejack.
Oh shit!
This mess is showing just why I always hose that bastard's pod down with bullets, even if the game isn't programed to react to it. I'm not taking any chances that the crazed doctor will ever get out of that simulation.
Trixie's perception is trough the fucking roof. Our girl here be having the eyes of an eagle.
Great chapter, tho i wish we could have seen more of Applejack and Adam.
I am actually incredibly invested in the AJ and Adam story ark
That crazy doctor is somehow in this simulation to how interesting.
Hold it. I just had a good ideea. After the girls go back to their world, make them sing "County roads". This is the best song for them so sing. Them being emotional while singing would be a treat to read.
Can't believe I didn't comment on this chapter. Adam and AJ finish their work in the Steelyard, though it's possible they'll be sent back, and the Hole is teased. Meanwhile, in the simulation, the Blue Moons come across the Chinese stealth units (can't remember the name), and finally take out the artillery.
Not sure how long until the next chapter, so... until then!

They are known as “Dragoons” if I recall

Thank you!
I hate when I catch up. I just want to read more. Horrigan is also becoming my favorite very quickly as he becomes more, human? Normal? Less Psychotic kinda?
Quick question, when is chapter 198 coming? Just curious.

Is that not the same thing?
I've been thinking about Sunset lately. And, I've come to the realization that Universal has two paths he can go with her after her awakening.
1: She becomes more cold, more calculated. And thirty for revenge. Think about it. She lost 1/3 of her body and has them replaced with mechanical parts, machines. She basically became part cyborg. and that's not something you can just forgive or not care. She went trough much pain. MUCH pain. And that kind of pain, well, it changes someone. I don't think that she will become so obsessed with her revenge for Shepard that she is willing to put her friends life in danger, but i belive she will go alone for that exact reason. If she is alone, her friends are not in danger because of her obsession. It's a kind of a fucked up mentally that she will believe, until her friends come save her ass and beat some sense into her.
2: She will develop severe PTSD, for the same reasons as in point 1. It's not an understatement to say that in some way she died. I mean, she did die once, when they arrived at River city for the first time after fighting that army of gouls. I distinctly remember that her heart stoped, and i guess her magic somewhat brought her back to life. But she did die. And let's not forget the many
many times she almost died. And when she lost 1/3 of her body, and let's not forget the excruciating pain she had to endure, you can see why i believe she will have severe PTSD. I think Sunset is the only one who lost so much. Rainbow is deaf and needs some implants to be able to hear, but overall, she looks basically the same. Rarity needs a mechanical glove, but when she doesn't need to use it she can hide it. and again, she looks the same. Twilight has that weird thing in her back, so that sucks, and her body did change because of it. Can you imagine having some mechanism in your back constantly just for your spine to work? I guess it's still better then the spine not working but still. Pinkie and Applejack are basically the same, a few scars, but no body augmentation. And with Fluttershy,
she can change forms so it's kinda ok. She can look human. With Sunset though, she will have to live with the fact that her body got so damaged that one third of her body had to be augmented, replaced by machinery just so she can stay alive. This, changes you, so the PTSD will be EXTREMELY severe.
I personally i would choose the first option. Don't get me wrong, i like both, but the first one seems to make more sense to me. If something like this would happen to me, i would seek revenge. I would like Justice. And my need for revenge would overcome the fear. This is why the first option makes more sense. Of course, Universal can go into a third option, but honestly, i can't imagine any other path Sunset can take. I believe he will go for the PTSD route, but I'm hoping for revenge.

My personal concern about the first option is a lack of humananity and character growth. Most revenge based characters start at one, and end up somewhere in your two range for a reason. Revenge usually makes poor stories.
If anything I would like to see something along the lines of struggling to find humanity despite the partially robot. Something fallout 4 or "does a machine have a soul?".
Character stories like these I always have enjoyed when time is taken to do them.
You have Shepard and the wasteland to drag the overall adventure story back as it starts to get slow as well leaving room for growth and change.

While i certainly agree with you on the fact that most stories about revenge are bad, that is only because it's hard to write. Just to clarify, what i was talking about was not Sunset going around killing everyone for the sake of revenge. Now that i think about it i should have probably worded it better, but I'll explain now. Sunset's revenge should focus around her wanting Shepard dead. That clear. However i do not want Sunset to split from the team and become some sort of lone wolf, that would be kinda dumb. This story is all about the girls sticking together after all. No, what i want and should be in this type of story is for the revenge to motivate Sunset into becoming stronger, so she can protect herself and the girls. The revenge should be a driving force into her character development, not the other way around. She should want Shepard dead, but not because of what he did to her, but because of what happened to her should never happen to the others. Because that's how much she cares about them. She is willing to die and she is willing to become part cyborg if it means that the rest of the girls will not meet the same fate. And for that to happen Shepard needs to die. The fact that she will probably enjoy his death is a bonus.
And when i was talking about the fact that she will become colder and more calculated, well, i will try my best to explain it. Her becoming colder, i agree it's not that great of an ideea. It's hard to write and if the character does not display some emotions, then it will become problematic for the story and the readers. It's kinda hard to enjoy a character when she displays no emotions. But. The calculated part is what i would like to see. Not in the paranoid sense, but in the sense that she will constantly think of plans upon plans to effectively counter most enemies and situations. Contingencie plans for enemies that could teleport or use telekinesis, etc. Or plans to deal with creatures for equestria, after all some variations of those creatures have appeared. Her thinking of plans of what to do if one of them is separated for the rest. Her thinking of plans to combat the enemies with geodes. After all, for all she knows, there could be more. And they could be more dangerous the the last. This would be entertaining to read.
