She gets help and advice from Princess Luna, but things don't go as planned. In fact, when a pony who relies on logic and rationality tries to navigate the stormy seas of emotional entanglement while simultaneously saving Equestria from a horde of evil creatures intent on destroying everything they encounter, nothing goes as planned.

It has been about a month or so since Earthstar, a dark green mare, had awoken in the middle of no where, her mind a blank record. At least, she think it has, not even knowing at first what time was. Learning of something called 'A past' that every pony had, she sets off to find hers, as well as try to unlock her magic, which has been a pain to get to work. This is her story, how she found her power, about the others inside her-- Who claim to have been there from the start and know what right for her--, Who and what she truly is, and most importantly, how she found friends she could trust. I have never liked my queen. The way she has always kept us in this pathetic excuse for a home, never allowing us to see the life of the outside world. Why do we have to live in this disgusting hive? Why not in the fresh air and beautiful forests? I despise the way she has always ruined the lives of other races just for us to feed and thrive. There must be another way through, and I will find it before she goes through with her final scheme. I will be in eternal regret if she succeeds in this plan.

For some reason I write about ponies. Despite me writing about ponies, not everything I write about ponies ends up in a published story. For one reason or another, whether it be a lack of inspiration, a great love for a single story idea but no real story plot in general, or simply because I need to write something just to get it off my chest and get back to work, I occasionally write a piece that I cannot justify publishing.

This list has gotten rather long. Rather then let these scenes languish, I decided to collect the butchered pieces of literature and gather them in this anthology.

We all have seen the "My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic" storyline. How Twilight Sparkle defeated Nightmare Moon and formed five friends. We also have seen all types of humans in equestria stories and Crossovers that changed the storyline. But this particular HIE will involve a powerful being bored out of his mind and in search of something "fun" to do. What will happen if a ChaosMaker, bent on spreading chaos, misery and all that fall in the chaos category, end up in equestria? Only this time, He himself came to equestria. Not some mysterious force, Not some bright light or a dream, Not some prop in a Comic-con(By the way, LOHAV group, no offence intended) and not by whoever. Just himself in search of fun. Will he learn the magic of friendship? Maybe. Will twilight and her friends tolerate the human whose ego is almost as big as Rainbow dash? Probably not. Especially Rainbow dash, of course. All of it will be in this story!

Twilight Sparkle is working hard on the secrets of the Box from the Tree of Harmony when Princess Celestia sends her a break in the form of candy and a riddle. Soon, she and her pony friends are wrapped up in a fabulous journey to solve the riddle before time runs out...
