Sequel to Scootaloo's Painful Secret Now that Scootaloo is away from her abusive parents and in the custody of Rainbow Dash, she can focus on recovering from the trauma she was put through and getting on with her life. Everyone has things they wish they said. Written letters that were left unsent. Sometimes you say things you don't mean, and you desperately try to take them back. And sometimes, it's the exact opposite. Many things are soon left unsaid, causing a rift as two sisters slowly grow apart. Sometimes, they really wished that they had mailed those letters, or at the very least written then down in the first place.

During the dragon migration, an evil dragon attacks Ponyville. Twilight and friends are able to chase it off but not after it has destroyed a few houses. One of these is the house of Scootaloo, who was in school at the time. Her parents were caught in the debris of the crumbling house and were crushed beneath it. Now Scootaloo has no family and nowhere to live. Seeing Rainbow Dash feeling guilty for the accident, her friends convince her to take responsibility for the young filly. And so Rainbow Dash adopted Scootaloo as her younger sister. These are the days that they have spent together.

Princess Luna adopts Scootaloo. Set after "Sleepless in Ponyville." and about a month after "Magical Mystery Cure" which means she gets a mother in Princess Luna, an aunt in Princess Celestia, and a babysitter in Princess Twilight. Plus Scootaloo is chosen as the future Princess of the Night.

Rainbow Dash and Scootaloo are trapped in a place where your fears and horrors come true, The Rainbow Factory. It is a place that comes as close to a Hell on Earth as anything. It's a really hot day in Ponyville, and Scootaloo is working hard to win some bits by herself. The dreadful heat makes her crave ice cream, so she decides to purchase one with the money she earned. However, things never go as planned...
