I can't remember how long I've been alive. I can't remember my birthday. I don't even know my own name. I'd like to think I had a family... but I'm not sure. All these things are meant to be important to me, things I was never supposed to forget, and yet, I have. I have taken shelter in an old castle, in a forgotten city. I do not know why I'm writing this. I suppose just to keep myself sane, but perhaps keeping a record of my activities will help me piece together what happened to the world.

It's been a long time, yet we still have well over a decade and a half to go Luna. Where did I go wrong...

My name is Princess Celestia, here I have written a small collection of my thoughts; thoughts on my sister, the time that passes between my hooves, and topics that not to many ponies think of. Least not the way I put down.

If you have the luck of finding this note please open it and read it at least. I want somepony to see my thoughts, if not at least a few somewhere.

(Inspired partly by said picture. Ended up being a lot bigger then expected. This takes place about 16 years before Nightmare moon is set free and before Celestia meets Twilight Sparkle. It's a collection of many of my deeper thoughts, I kinda do hope this gets the featured box...though i'm not sure if that'll happen.)

It's 10,000 years into the future and Equestria is nothing more than a deserted wasteland of destroyed cities and towns. Princess Celestia walks through the wasteland alone deep in her own thoughts.

Celestia has taught many students, which she has a candle to remember them by. Every know and then, she lights a candle to remember them by.

When Fluttershy finds a page of a clopfic containing Spike and a certain white mare, the page finds itself in the hooves of many ponies it's been kept from. All of the clues seem to point to Spike, but is there more to this page than meets the eye?

Author's Note: Contains lines of some saucy material. Nothing to clop over, but it refers heavily to something you'd find in a clopfic. Don't read if you're offended by this sort of thing. I only rated it teen because it's pretty tame and there's very little of it, but if it's too much I can rate it mature and add up a "sex" tag.

Life is just a game of age. But for a few ponies who are gifted with special Cutie Marks, their life becomes a game of immortality.
