When ponies go missing and no pony remembers them, what follows is a series of horrifying events that bring together the Elements a Zebra two Princesses and a Mail mare in an adventure that will bring princess Luna and the Doctor back together after a thousand years to save Ponyville from a creature that even the Doctor himself fears.

One of Twlights Experiments goes wrong and a certian Pony is brought into the Mix.

What if the Mane 6 was made up of everyone's (or at least my) favorite background ponies? This is an adventure that should never have happened, but somehow it did, and because the standard heros were unavailable a team that no one expected had to come forth to save Equestria.

For some reason I feel we're all doomed.

A mysterious brown Earth pony with an hour glass Cutie Mark sneaks into Canterlot Castle, only to be caught by Princess Celestia herself. Curiously, Celestia is intrigued by the seemingly endless stream of nonsense this pony is wont to speak. Luna soon joins them, and the group heads into the very depths of the castle, where something has been lurking for far too long...

Author's Note: The story begins with Season 1 Luna, weakened and with very little magical power, as well as having 'flat' hair.

Doctor Whooves is also an Earth pony in this fanfic, as he has appeared as both a Pegasus and Earth pony in show.

The life of a time traveler is usually an easy one. Nobody tells you what to do, when to wake up, where to go or what to save. You can skip all those boring Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursday afternoons at your own discretion, and quickly get to those exciting, adventure-filled Saturdays when everything is possible. Once in a while, you get turned into a pony and flung into another universe, but that's certainly better that getting killed by an astronaut at Lake Silencio in Utah.

However, when a bizarre, nigh-omnipotent mish-mash of a creature with the head of a goat shows up uninvited inside your TARDIS, it's usually a good reason to panic...

Doctor Who/My Little Pony crossover, taking place during "The Return of Harmony", and elsewhen. This is the first thing I ever wrote. Please, leave a comment and a rating if possible, so that I may have an idea on whether or not I'm doing my job right.

It was a a beautiful night in Ponyville. Twilight and her best friends are out sky gazing when suddenly a mysterious craft crash-lands in the Everfree Forest. The six ponies rush in and discover a crippled Dalek. Unknowing of the Daleks's evil nature they take the Dalek under their wings. With more Daleks on the way, a mysterious evil fobs watch, and no Doctor in sight, can Equestria survive the invasion?

After losing a good friend who will no longer remember him, an incident in the TARDIS causes the Doctor to get stranded in a parallel universe. Instead of just another parallel earth however, he finds himself in the world of Equestria where ponies rule. While the Doctor tries to get his head around the concept of magic, and Twilight sparkle tries to understand the TARDIS, a disaster occurs when the Doctor inadvertently reveals a terrible secret, and an old foe from the Doctor's past will try to take over Equestria. The Doctor and his knew found allies our the only ones who can save the day.

[Tales of the Carnageverse]

The Eleventh Doctor (aka Matt Smith) is bumbling about in his Tardis when a crazy timey-wimey happening finds him in Equestria, a land from a children's cartoon. Despite the idea that being in the world of TV ought to be impossible, he's found himself turned into a bowtie-wearing pony in a pleasant little town known as Ponyville. What's more, the people there won't stop calling him Doctor Whooves! In order to get bet back into his own Time Lord form and out of the impossible world of My Little Pony, he may or may not have to make some new friends, fight some villains and pull out his "savior of the universe act." Geronimo!

This is a different take on Doctor Whooves, and also a sleep-deprived Doctor Who/MLP crossover idea I got in the very early hours of the morning so it could easily be rubbish. It's not meant to be terribly serious, but it's also my first fic so go easy on me. More characters could come and the rating could possibly change.

After the Pandorica falls into the exploding TARDIS, it throws The Doctor through the very last crack in time, a crack through which he can cross universes.No TARDIS, no screwdriver, a whole new pony body and a certain unhappy plasmavore that fell through with him, The Doctor begins to think that perhaps his plan was not as fool proof as it could have been.

How will The Doctor protect the highly confusing, sentient ponies from the plasmavore that seems to be harbouring an unholy grudge against all things Timelord? How will he adjust to his new body? And most importantly, why does he have a sudden craving for...pears.

Well, at least he still has his bow tie.
