After a falling out with Diamond Tiara, Silver Spoon is befriended by Sweetie Belle. However as time goes by, the silver-maned filly quickly learns that she has slightly-more-than-platonic feelings for her new friend, and that some ponies aren't above petty revenge. Everyone has things they aren't particularly good at, and we all work to make the best of our weaknesses. Sometimes, though, our weaknesses can prove to be tools of our undoing. Written in response to a story promp by BillyColt.

Being a teenager, is hard.
Most ponies, can attest to this, yet imagine being the only of your kind in your society.
When attending a prestigious high school, being a dragon, or a griffin, life just gets harder.
Adolescent struggles, as Spike grows up, life becoming a dragging idealism, sadness and woe resulting from the simple fact that ponies fear dragons.
Brutus the griffin, unsure about himself, having always been surrounded by ponies.
He sees himself as more pony than griffin, yet can others do the same?
Scootaloo though, adopted, loved, and a brilliant dancer, she is happy, for the first time in her life, but now has to face the fact that sometimes, other ponies are just mean.
Sweetie Belle, a brilliant singer, struggles to overcome societies decision that she must stick with one genre, and one alone.
Applebloom a simple artist, who wants nothing better than to show ponies what she sees in life, even when they won't let her be herself.
Caduceus, just yearns to heal others, yet he himself is not allowed to exist in the way he truly wants to.

While helping Twilight rearrange her lab, Spike comes across a magical powder that changes him into a pony! While Twilight tries to find an antidote, pony Spike has some adventures of his own.

(Originally posted (part 1, at least) to EqD in May 2011. I'd run across a ponified Spike picture and suddenly got an urge to write it. Another story that I tried to make seem like a viable episode)

NOTE: This story takes place in the same continuity as Appleshy, Sparkle Kitten, Trixie's Great and Powerful Revenge, and Tragic Magic. It takes place chronologically after all of those except Tragic Magic. The other stories are not required reading to fully enjoy this story (though feel free to read them anyway!), but there are one or two elements that call back to Sparkle Kitten in particular.

Closing up his donut shop following the Grand Galloping Gala, Donut Joe discovers a Great and Powerful Trixie in need of food and bits. Needing help attracting crowds and waiting tables Donut Joe hires the show mare. Can Canterlot withstand Equestria's Greatest Ego?
