That's not even the weirdest part, the books are actually a prison for all his monsters. Trapped.

When the Rainbooms accidentally release them all. The Shiverribas and Rainbooms must work together to get all the monsters back in their books, before the town is overwhelmed and destroyed by monsters.

She brings it back to her friends for a little book club, until the book itself transports them to the land of Middle-Earth. There, they become involved and a part of the Company of Thorin Oakenshield, and by extension alongside Bilbo Baggins. Along the way, they encounter a plentiful of beings and creatures such as Elves, Hobbits, Dwarves, wizards, and a Skin-Changer; but also the Orcs of Gundabad, the Goblins of the Misty Mountains, and the great Fire-Worm that stole Erebor all those decades ago.

Not only with the Mane 5 risk their own lives and their friendships, but also discover more about themselves.

The Rainbooms soon take it upon themselves to take down the monster as it roams throughout the city, but they are in over their heads, leaving Fluttershy to team with the unlikely alliance of Logan and Kraven the Hunter. Can this ragtag group stop the Man-Spider and restore Peter's humanity before he is lost forever?

Starlight Glimmer told her friends that she was afraid to go back to her old town to celebrate the annual Sunset Festival. The Mane Six reassured her that she’s changed for the better, and that she wouldn’t have been invited if her old village had not believed she had reformed.

She decides to go with Trixie, but upon leaving, Twilight and the others were captured by Queen Chrysalis which made Starlight come back and get an unlikely team to save them!

But what if something else happened?

What if Starlight was too afraid to go to the festival that she didn’t leave? And what if Chrysalis and her changelings arrived at that same moment to invade Ponyville? How different would it might have been?

Well, actually, it would end up being a smart move for Starlight since she would stay and save her friends BEFORE they were captured. But what if that’s what happened instead?

The four quickly decide to do Captain Equestria, an old war hero in the first Changeling War that was given powers by the top secret Super Stallion Serum. When Queen Chrysalis and her husband King Cocoon come back for another war and the Changelings have secretly replaced many of Equestria's political figures and heroes including the Mane 6 with impostors. The Cutie Mark Crusaders (along with Rainbow Dash) must find the first and only trustworthy pony to help them fight a war that they have no idea who to trust... Captain Equestria!
