I thought it was going to be a normal Sunday morning. Boy, was I wrong. Not even out of my bed I discover that I am now Rainbow Dash... and I'm still on Earth. In wake of my sudden change, I try to handle the situation with my knowledge gained from the fandom, my inner brony writer helping me along the way. However, as I soon find out, I'm not the only one with this problem...

Just a self-insert thing I started to get rid of a bout of writer's block. I don't care if it's liked or hated, so enjoy. Please remember, criticism is greatly appreciated, as is praise.

A young video game loving, guns a blazing, and closet Brony, Airman on leave guy goes on a shooting trip that was supposed to be relaxing. But fate sends him to an unlikely place... The Everfree Forest! Can he use his military training to get home? Can he help a young filly and a misunderstood Princess get home? Will he help a restless ghost receive justice and peace? Will he rid Equestria of the Blanks and the Bloody Hooves? And will he just accept being a brony? Takes place in CreepyPasta universe of Story of the Blanks and Super Filly adventure fan games.

NOTE!!: This story is currently in the process of being re-written/heavily edited. Many of the flaws of the story will get fixed in the following months. The story ( while technically complete ) will be labeled as incomplete. I'm also adding a new scene and I'm thinking of adding non-canon endings but as of now, misspellings, grammar mistakes, multiple POVs, and any other areas that need fixing will be my main focus for this. A young man lost in the hilly embrace of a mountain sleeps the night away under a knot of tree roots. When he wakes he will find himself thrust into a strange new environment, the Everfree Forest. With only his pack and his experience as a Boy Scout to aid him, he must survive, make sense of his surroundings and with some luck, ultimately find his way home. What does one do after wandering beyond the edge of the map? And better yet...

I have been reading fan fiction here for a while and wanted to give something back.

Ten years. Ten years was all it took for Fluttershy's life to fall apart. She's living alone, her friends are farther than distant, her one and only love is married to another mare with kids, and she's been practically forgotten by the entire world. She's wondering if life is really worth it, if she would ever get her happy ending.

But life, apparently, has a very twisted sense of humor. All it took was one day to push her over the edge.

This could be Lyra's big break: she's the warmup musician for the first annual Running of the Leaves autumn concert! The audience will be huge, and if the musician does well, she could be on her way to bigger and better things! But it's going to be hard to prepare in the few days she has left, so Lyra really needs to work hard to be ready.

Unfortunately for Lyra, her mind doesn't seem to be at home right now. Instead, her body is being controlled by a very surprised MLP:FIM fan named Lyle Hartman. He doesn't know the first thing about playing the lyre, but time stops for nopony and the show must go on. So all Lyle has to do is figure out a way to get back to his proper world (and hopefully bring Lyra's mind back to wherever it went) before the unicorn is expected to perform on stage. Easy, right?

...Now if only Lyle could get somepony to believe him.
