Spike is Back and came back to ponyville but with a different apperance. over five years his back with in ponyville and wondering if anything had change while he was gone.

This story is a sequel to Hearts of Class III: "You, Me… Forever..?"

Everything was looking up for them. As a loving couple should, they reunited once more under the bonds of harmony and settled their differences. They succeeded so much in such a short amount of time and even though the odds were stacked against them they were pulling through.

Then... there was a scream.

And everything fell apart.

Join Spike and Sweetie Belle as they reclaim the safety that was lost to them and march upon a fight they were never prepared for. But they will not be alone, for their friends stand with them to face the darkness that erupts the seeds of corruption and chaos.

Rarity finally realizes that she has the same feelings for Spike... But it's too late...

Spike seems to have moved on, while Rarity is stuck impressing him and trying to get him to have feelings for her once again. What Rarity doesn't know is Spike still loves her, but he's getting sick and tired of the way she treats him, even though he's a teenager now. Will this be a roller coaster ride for both of our lovelies, or will it end horribly?

Spike has been away on royal business for about a month. Pinkie, Twilight and the rest of the gang are planning a big party for him when he returns. Things seem to be going smoothly until certain happenings lead Spike to question the way other ponies see him, specifically one purple-maned unicorn, and a turn of events results in them seeing a part of Spike none of them-including him-knew existed. It seems they didn't know as much about Spike as they think they did...

Chapter 15 is up!

"I....I think we should see other ponies.... I mean I love you Baen, I really do. But I just don't think I might be the mare for you. You understand right?"
"I...understand....."
After the day when Coco broke up with him, the day the stoic barbarian's heart was broken, Baen became lost and depressed. For many days he wondered without a destination, just trotting and going through the motions. Many of his friends wanted to talk to him about it, but he avoided them. One night, in a stupor, he finds himself in Twilight's castle and the next morning he had vanished. His friends didn't look much into it, thinking he had gone on a vacation. But he did not go to a resort or an island, but to a different world. But his arrival and mannerisms draw the attention of many people, the first being a group of girls who not only seek to befriend the barbarian, but to help him see things aren't so bad. And the other being three girls who wish to nab him for their own nefarious purposes and the purposes of another. But all is not dark, for out of these girls, a miss Sunset Shimmer feels a connection with the wayward warrior, and perhaps something more. But can one of the strongest magic's bloom when a threat looms on the horizon?

A little non-canon/spin-off in the Baen-Verse

It has been five years since he first arrived in Ponyville, and Spike has grown both physically and emotionally. Yet even though he's remained infatuated with Rarity for so long, he's bottled up his feelings, until reality hits him, and his depression forces him to make certain decisions he may later come to regret. Now he must face reality, and all that it entails, including his own reflection, whether he likes it or not.

Spike's choices, however, affect not only him, but those closest to him as well. The six ponies he holds closest to his heart will bear witness to his suffering, and they themselves shall know love at its best...

And at its worst...

Spike has a secret...well, its not really one since everypony knows it. However, the secret that they all know isn't the secret Spike hopes no one will find out about. No, this secret goes deeper; A secret that has been kept hidden behind many masks and white lies. Its a secret that Spike is both blessed and cursed with, for with each passing day, he is reminded of that secret. So, the time has come...the day when one's resolve to hide a secret has fractured...

After Princess Twilight is given the news that she must move much farther from their friend than she already had, Spike finds himself infuriated. The resulting argument is enough to force him to run away, but neither could have imagined how devastating it would be to their friendship. Now, six years later, Spike can't stop thinking about what he did that night and how dearly he wishes to take it back. So, after many sleepless nights, he decides to return to the friend he's long since abandoned, though when he arrives in Canterlot, Spike may have found more than just friendship.

Spike decides he wants some spending money, so he gets a job as an assistant to the local DJ, Vinyl Scratch.

What starts off as a part-time 'errand boy' job, quickly evolves into a close friendship, and may become something more in time. Apparently, they have more in common than they ever would have thought.
