For Centuries, the Autobots and Decepticons have been at war with each other for one reason: control of a third race of Transformers known as Minicons. A war which has now found it's way to the peaceful land of Equestria. Now, Optimus Prime and the Autobots must find the Minicons and defeat the Decepticons, while also protecting the citizens of Ponyville. However, they will soon discover, they don't have to fight this war alone.

When a mysterious creature crash lands into the woods on the outskirts of Ponyville, Twilight Sparkle and the bearers of the Elements of Harmony must investigate the circumstances that brought this life form to Equestria, and face an unyielding force of evil that threatens their entire world. It's been two months since the end of New Life in Equestria. Nyx catches a cold and while bringing her a glass of juice, Joshua accidentally gets hit with her magic when she sneezes. When he recovers from the blast, he finds himself inside Fluttershy's cottage with another human looking on.

This takes place after A New Home II: A Queen's Revenge and before A New Home III: The Quest for the Lost Locket in the Tobyverse.

After the events of Fall of Cybertron", the Autobots and Decepticons become stranded on a strange world known as Equestria. The Autobots quickly make allies with the inhabitants, including the Mane Six, while the Decepticons plan to eradicate all life and obtain the energy located there. The Autobots must fight back against their enemies while also protecting their new friends and their home!

Will they succeed or will Equestria be reduced to ashes and carnage?

The Civil War is over. The Autobots and Decepticons have been destroyed. Peace…is finally present in the magical land of ponies. Over a year later, while enjoying a night out with Spike, Princess Twilight Sparkle encounters an old friend deep within the Everfree Forest.

This was the worst mistake the Princess of Friendship ever made.

What follows next will lead our six friends into a new type of conflict they never thought existed, evils they never dreamt possible, and a battle…for their very lives.

And their ever-changing world.
