I came over here from one of your other stories (A survivor's guide...) because I really liked it and I wanted to see what your other stories were like.

But the only way I can describe this story is "What the Fuck?".
Sometimes it's a question, sometimes it's an interrobang (!?). But it's always the same sentence.
Every god damn chapter.

Yeah, this one is a bit more out there. The main themes are existence, purpose, and something... else. I wrote this story because tbe idea wouldn't let me go, and now you have this.

First it was Twinkleshine, Lemon Hearts, and Minuette, then it was Spike, and now this new mare. Why was everypony so wary of me? Sure, I might've done something bad to the first three mares I had seen, but that was an accident, and I didn't even know what I was doing—and besides, it wasn't like they got hurt.

This STILL worries me.

...Unless I was actually something before I was Twilight Sparkle.

Where is Pinkie going? Hopefully not to get weaponry to chase "Twilight" down with. Even if I don't think this being is evil in the strictest sense, (as it hadn't intended for the three mares to be hurt) antagonising what appears to be some form of Lovecraftian eldritch horror is is very very very VERY VERY BAD IDEA.

Just don't make matters worse like you usually do Pinkie. I can only hope the being inside Twilight can learn how to live as a good pony, I'm not writing it off entirely yet.

Apparently Pinkie Pie can sense eldritch abominations. I like that trait.

I like this, because it plays with the idea of something alien that is not automatically evil or destructive. It just wants things to be "Okay", and is actually closer to being "Good" in terms of morality, than anything.

I'm gonna continue reading this, I think.

The EOH will be harder to get and not surprise Pinkie knows but to have that reaction is.

Deeply unsettling yet very sympathetic protagonist we got here. That's impressive. Very good job on the otherness.

I'm confused...what did she do to them? I went back and read that first chapter...she doesn't do anything....just chats with them.

Just started reading this, is this going to be REALLY dark? And like stay dark? Curious cause if so I gotta jump ship now, really dark story’s mess me up in a bad way.

It's a dark story, but it's not grimdark if that's what you mean. It depends on what type of things mess you up so I can't really recommend whether or not to read it if I don't know what type of things affect you specifically.

Thanks for replying no matter what. But ya, it’s hard to say? It might be grimdark that gets to me, couldn’t stand to watch cupcakes at all. Like if the TwiVoid didn’t mean to and just murdered a bunch. I’ll probably finish this one if it just stays normal dark like you say.
