This story is a sequel to Equestrain war: Prelude
Ponies have finally joined WW2 via a secret portal, and what will happen? Will our ponies change WW2 or will they not. Who says ponies are not capable of war? How would they react to the horrors of war? And could they even make it back to Equestria? With the involvement of Equestria's army, It may change WW2 as we know it. Also, little that these ponies know, they will be fighting in some crucial battles of WW2, like the Battle of Pearl Habour, Battle of Singapore, Battle of Midway and the Battle of the Atlantic.
This is based on Equestrian war: Prelude.
This is an Continuation of Equestrian war: Preleud but this consists more of Battles and some Character development in between. But you do not have to read Equestrain war: Prelude to understand the story. This may contain spoilers for the Equestrain war: Prelude. Read it with caution.

7791475 Thanks! :). Originally, the battlegroup was supposed to appear in WW1 but was scrapped because there is no carier in WW1 until the 1920s. So, the Battlegroup appeared in WW2 instead.

Sadly, This side story and the main series will lead Berlin being captured in late 1945 by the Allies Forces (around August) ( only a little later than in our timeline) and the Japanese Empire declaring peace with the allies and ultimately quit the Axis powers.

While the japanese had outdated tactics and weak tanks like the Italians, their Honor and fanatical faith in it made them to a serious enemy. I could be wrong but after the battle of midway, they lost every battle like we germans after Stalingrad
The US soldiers should have nothing to fear, while ponykind has no Geneva Convention on Equestria, they would adhere to it, I'm sure. Who was captured by the Japanese could only pray that he would survive

7799742 The ships were designed to fight off modern day Missile Corvettes and was designed based on Modern day technology. But still has big 25-inch guns because it looks cool. Note: Sparky and Twilight travelled back in time to WW2 but has knowledge on Modern Military Equipment as they had been in Modern Times way before this event.

Nice that the us soldiers and equestria soldiers celebrate together and have fun in the Snow. Reminds me of the christmas peace of 1914, which shows that enemy soldiers can get along with each other

Hope they did't bomb civillians. Fact is, the Russian winter of 1941 was the coldest of the 21 Century with -40 degree, unprotected flesh would die of exposure within 5 minutes. Makes me wonder how the ponies could stand that
When playing the mission in Company of Heroes 2 which was set in winter 1941, I felt bad and sorry for the frozen germans scattered across the map

7869395 You're welcome. Well, I dreamed that The US military made UAVs and UCAVs that looked exactly like Pegasus ponys from MLP, mostly Rainbow Dash and the Wonderbolts. They had state of the art weapons and Al.
There was also a drone that looked like Derpy, used for transporting crates and other things. That drone however had a programming error, causing her to crash very often. When that happened, she always said in a robotic voice "My bad." That error got never fixed but it amused the troops.

7877913 I dreamed this liteally one day before my English exam. I dream that I was in the Exam room taking English Exam. The task: Write about one episode of MLP that you like with at least 3 supporting details. As I look around, I saw my classmates writing something on to thier exam paper. I was about to write when I noticed that the exam paper was a bit blur and that my hands was now grey hooves. I took a lot arond myself and saw that my body was grey and there was wings attached to the side. I was shocked but didn't give a thought to it and started to write with a pen in my mouth. When the Exam finally ends, that was when I woke up.
