Princess Celestia has two pressing issues. The first is her need for cake, an addiction that has lasted for over a century. Since Luna’s return, Celestia has hidden her dependency, but by chance Luna discovers the truth. Celestia, to assuage her sister’s worries, agrees to join a support group with a disguise, though she just might get more help than she first thought.
The second is rampant corruption and scheming in Canterlot. Her court has managed to become nothing more than a stage for putting on acts, the scripts written in the dark. Her nephew Blueblood is one of the key players of this corruption. Celestia has no idea how large his spy networks have grown, but even he can’t control everything.

Interesting ship between Soarin and Celestia. Still I like the idea of dessert support group for the both of them. I am looking forward to see more of this.
great chapter, I like that you didn't just stick with comedy for the story and add some political tensions in the story that Celestia is not aware of because the information doesn't reacher enough like the story of the miners, limiting her actions to what she can do for the wellbeing her citizens. I like your take on Fannypants hoe keep a facade of a gentlemen but is presenting his miners to have their piece to say to the court. I like of you take on showing the different facet of Celestia's existence.
If I am not mistaken, is the guards speaking to get the princess to provide better equipment for her guard to work with, I don't think these sort of military organization, at lest i think they are military that they can even have a voice outside of commend structure and that any attempts to do so would invite a court-marshal for anyone involved unless maybe they are also serve as a police force for Equestria.

7251817 Actually, you can submit a story you enjoy to any applicable group if you are so inclined. I did that with some of the groups and have been considering putting it in more. Knowing some of the things he's got planned, this definitely deserves more views.
Haven't seen any ships between a Male Pony and Celestia. Nice to see a new ship that so far is really great!
Really liking the story so far. I love about your part about BlueBlood so far and can't wait to see more!
Also, I never see Fancy Paints being a villain... He always to me being one of the few kinder nobles and smarter ones in Equestria. But, I'll see if things changed.
