SparityLoveisForever

E

Basically this is an attempt at improving my typing skills. I will leave it incomplete until I feel I no longer need to flex this part of my brain. Simple little Sparity prompts, The first is Let it Snow. As I want these to be quick it's likely there wont be more than a page of text for the first few ones since I'm not the world's greatest typist. Timeline will be when I feel like. If you have a prompt you'd like me to do leave it in the comments. All prompts must be Sparity related directly. Would prefer to keep this available for everyone.

Maybe so, he didn't exactly proof read it. Also if you can prove that writing an emotional letter to someone you're asking personal advice from doesn't come out in a big long block of text. I believe you're a cyberpony and will have to alert the Doctor to your presence.:derpytongue2:

Sorry... don't like it. To... stilted. Hard to describe... but I really don' get much in the way of emotional connection

3679893 Thank you for enjoying my good friend:pinkiehappy:

3707469 If you don't like it i can understand, but please understand even in the description it doesn't say it's meant to be viewed as a cohesive compendium of stories. It's meant to be a bunch of short stories I wrote to try to improve my typing. If one story doesn't match the others or they all have separate sparity plots it's because I wanted it that way. It's part of the reason the Random tag is there. I will say in the authors notes if any idea's are connected or part of the same time frame otherwise they are not. They are all in their own separate Equestria. The prompt is the title and that's all I'm going off of unless otherwise stated. Hope I made myself clear.:unsuresweetie:

I think you should try upgrading your writing time to one hour instead. Some of these have quite good premise and writing is pretty okay, but all just ends up being rushed. Like chapter 3 is completely missing Rarity's reaction to her discovery about Spike.

Trying to improve getting stuff done faster is fine, but it still would be more enjoyable to read these if there were a bit more content in them.

3742548 :pinkiegasp: I honestly have a mind to refer everypony to this post. For two reasons, the first being that it identifies a single problem among many. The second is that it offers a suggestion. So I would like to thank you very much for the constructive criticism. Right now I'd worry if I gave myself more time that I would lose speed near the end. I do see what you're talking about though. I think part of why Underneath the Mistletoe did so well was because I didn't get ahead of myself. Thinking a story and writing it cohesively are two separate functions which keep a whole brain going I would think. With the time limit as is I can see where I'm cutting things and making mistakes. Tell you what, this is all supposed to be an exercise for my over all betterment, and as such I wouldn't do very well if I didn't try a few things here and there to try to maximize my potential with this. So for my next one I will compromise at 45 mins, and see how that feels. Thank you again and I hope you find next week's installment more acceptable.
