In the grim, dark future of the 41th Millennium, there is only war and it is the duty of the Dulce Pomum Battalion to protect PV-01 from the clutch of the xenos, mutants, heretics and horrors of an uncaring universe. This is the stories of those brave soldiers, their battles and sacrifices.

While the stories are mostly understandable on their own, a lot of their context will be found in the Mare in the Warp. I really recommend reading it before.

Sometimes a shortfic stands on its own, a longfic ends sooner than I expected, or I have something to showcase from a group collab. This anthology covers such things from my “early years” of 2015-2020. While a couple of these are unfinished, they've all received some level of feedback or polish. • Starlight fixes “Applejack's ‘Day’ Off” with… Sabotage! (And Six Sigma! (And Bacon!)) - Barnyard bungee jumping takes a tasty, but temporally tenuous, turn.
• You Gotta Know When To Hold ’Em - The Pies are proud, upright adherents to an old-world tradition about how to live one’s life. Ironically, the forebear of their line was not.
• An Invasion is Born - Pony Joe has an exciting gift for his new special somepony. More than anything, he hopes she'll stop by and collect it.
• Lightening her Load - Applejack knows a thing or two about making a deposit on the side of the road. Good thing too, because it's going to be Rarity's first time.
• Starlight fixes “The Mane Attraction” with... HEAVY METAL! - Trixie's appreciation for everyday household goods takes an unexpected turn.
• Starlight fixes “Power Ponies” with… SWAT-ting! - Kids these days, with their modern ways of breaking up somepony else's good time...
• Starlight fixes “Rarity Takes Manehattan” with… Violence! - I mean, why spend ~22 minutes of airtime cleaning up after a jerk like Suri Polomare when you could just do this instead?
• Starlight fixes “Spike At Your Service” with… Admonishment! - Sometimes even a soon-to-be Princess of Friendship needs a (verbal) smack upside the head.
• Like Nopony Else - Maud Pie’s deep uniqueness can be both a blessing and a curse.
• Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken - Limestone Pie will never give up, no matter the odds.
• The Eye That Floats, Silent and Unblinking, in Petunia Paleo's Sandbox - The Doctor rushes to somepony's aid... but whose?
• Hell Awaits (original version) - An initial draft of what would become the actual prologue to To Serve In Hell, my long-running thriller set in the Season 5 finale's Nightmare-verse.
• Tequila Sunrise - Aliens place a trio of creatures in a setting that plays to each of their weaknesses.
• Snakes on a Train - Daring Do says the line. You know the one!
• Inescapable - Babs Seed has a really bad day.
• The Inevitable Clopfic - An author's editor offers advice. (Not actually clop.)
• The Seduction of Princess Cadance - A wisepony receives an offer he dares not refuse. (Also not clop.)

After the whole magical ordeal with Gloriosa Daisy, there's time to wind down and reflect on the events that took place in the day.

But thinking too much....can sometimes lead to some rather unsettling answers to question unasked.

The lilim Celestia has presided over her personal monster realm of Equestria for generations- an oddity among her kind, ruling with an even hand and a will to let her subjects preserve their humanity, should they choose. Even her prized student, Twilight Sparkle, was for the longest time a mere human with incredible arcane potential.

But as her student soon discovers, life in Equestria is in grave danger. Gathering a ragtag group of warriors and monster girls, can she save her home- and maybe even the world while she's at it?

Warning: Considering the source material (the Monster Girl Encyclopedia), expect at the very least some crude humor and a little language. Most likely no outright smut, however.

Pinkie Pie loves the Cakes' pancakes so much, it's practically obscene!

This is your typical, stereotypical HIE story exposing all the HIE stereotypes, but like, compressed and crammed into one short chapter, making the pacing extremely awkward and fast. Yeah that's pretty much it.

*Disclaimer, I don't hate HIE stories, I actually love them. Don't sue me. Also, I'm so sorry for this.*

Twilight and Rainbow Dash are sent out on a friendship mission together to help a stallion from their own hometown: Coalstone. Luckily, with him so close, this should be a cake walk, right?

Each tribe agreed on that their jobs were far more important than that of their fellow ponies and that their own race was ‘clearly better than the others.’ However, this is not where this story truly begins. No, for as you already know, there is a fourth race of pony. Far stronger than the earth, far more agility than Pegasi, and far more magical than the Unicorn. They had all these abilities and more; they are also far more mysterious."

This story is a sequel to Long Road to Friendship

It is a new year for Sunset Shimmer; a fresh chance at real happiness with her five best friends and her girlfriend. But Sunset is constantly troubled by her uncertain future, and haunted by the consequences of her past.

For her battle against Princess Twilight has drawn forth ancient forces with eyes on the last bastion of magic: Canterlot City.

As darkness closes in, Sunset must find her light and guide her friends to defend their world against old rivals and legends best left forgotten, all while dealing with their ever-looming futures.

But when graduation comes, what will Sunset Shimmer do? For she is still a stranger in this world, with or without her friends, and the road before her guarantees nothing.

Of course, with the universe conspiring against her, it'll be a miracle if she even makes it that far...
