Saturn, an earth pony king ruling a small city of earth ponies, is almost killed by King Sombra, but saved at the last second, barely.

Princess Twilight and her friends being preparing for the worst case scenario since most of their previous battles have been spur of the moment victories. With some careful planning they may make it easier to defend their homes, but no one expected what came next.

What do we know about Blueblood? He's the only stallion worthy of being called 'Prince'. He's one of the most eligible bachelors in Equestria. He considers himself the most important pony in the world. He was a complete and total git to the bearer of the Element of Generosity at the biggest party in Canterlot. Nothing else.

However, first appearances are rarely completely correct, and there is a lack of hard fact about him. Who is this strange stallion? Was he a bureaucrat who just wanted to get back to work? An independent prankster who didn't get Celestia's message about other pranksters? A fluff-brain who had no idea what he was supposed to do? Or is he just a stuffy jerk with good qualities that can be drudged up? Most importantly, who would he hit it off with?

Twilight Sparkle wanders her friends' dreams.

A more lengthy project intended to get my writing back on track and to help me finally get this idea off my chest.

Also, much like some of my other stories, this one takes place after Season 3, but before Season 4.

This story is a sequel to The Tree of Life

It has been ten years after Nightmare Moon's banishment. And every year the ponies celebrate Princess Celestia's victory against Nightmare Moon with the Summer Sun Celebration. Celestia on the other hoof, hates the festival but participates in it to keep her subject's minds off of the deaths of the ponies dying in their nightmares.

Meanwhile, the pitch-black creature arrives to Equestria and sets its eyes on finishing off the pony race by attacking the Equestrian capital, Canterlot.

With her sister banished to the moon, Celestia believes she will have to face the threat alone. But an unexpected ally will come to her aid to protect the pony kingdom.

The OC tag is there for the OCs that will play small roles in the story.

This is a one shot of the emotional turmoil that wracked me tonight as I lay in bed dreaming one of my many stories of a world I know can never truly be. As I lay in bed playing out a new story idea I suddenly felt like what's the point? My negative attitude intruded on my happy story as I felt like it was just a futile attempt to make myself happy in the world we're forced to live in. And the worst part is that when the story is over I feel equally as sad as the story made me happy while I was playing it out.

Twilight has to break up with Flash Sentry due to royal reasons... and the fate of Equestria. Pinkie Pie, (with the help of Cheese Sandwich) throws a party. A 'So Sorry You Broke Up I Hope You Feel Better Soon and Find Your True Love Someday' party. Yes, that pony does have a party planned for every occasion!
But Twilight isn't feeling good about it. She goes into a mini depression, but decides to go. She was expecting a small get-together... not all of her friends getting paired up! And the worst thing to happen happens, Flash gets together with one of Twi's friends.
Will Twilight come to terms with what really has to be done? Will she accept her new fiancé? Will her friendship survive?

When Five special gems are bestowed upon five human boys. They are guided to the land of Equestria to help protect it from the lure of three sirens who like many of their kind wish to spread their disharmony throughout the land and make all pony kind do their bidding.

Meanwhile, a Jedi named Hylok Kon, stranded on a forested world, has visions pointing him in the direction of the ponies' homeworld. For now though, all he knows is that they need help. He only has to get there first...
