First it was the Taliban, then the Jihadis of Al-Quaeda. And when they all seemed to be done, we let our guard down, and now Geneva, Belgium is a nuclear wasteland irradiated more than even Pripyat. How will the world react when the Representatives of every UN, NATO, EU, and G8 nation are glassed by nuke-happy Mongolian Extremists, Hell-bent on restoring the Golden Hoarde of Ghengis Kahn?

Simple.

Everyone gets so pissed, even Kim-Li Jung (the son of Kim-Jong Un) gives up trying to nuke Washington, D.C. for the sake of retaliation against the Kahnites.

However, by the year 2030, technology has advanced enough to where, when Sub-Hypersonic Commercial Air Travel is common and Mankind has the technology to start Terraforming Mars to be more hospitable to humans, just how much of such technological development has reached the Military and its Departments of Research?

Enough to say three words:
Railgun-Armed Battleships.

However, such a ship has not been truly tested in the field; in fact, the joint-UN testbed prototype unit is the only one that has truly worked more than a few hours in a CAD program or simulated firing ranges. But when duty calls, its all-hands on deck for a glimpse of the world's future militaries.

Just.... what is the purpose of this secure computer terminal next to the navigation consoles? Oh well, it has the internet, and Three-Star Admiral of the United Stated Navy - SOCOM Fritz S. SturmWanderer never did get to completely see the rest of that one animated show that his late daughter loved so much, that one of the last things she asked for from her Father was to watch the show to the end for her, and let her know what happened in the great after. Well, we're sailing from Norfolk, Virginia to Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, so he should have some time, right?

Please dis-regard my Comment on the story, that was like a year ago.

Acceptance is something she feels is forever beyond her reach. She belongs nowhere, and is friend to no one. Living by her cunning and skill alone, a changeling finds her calling in ending the lives of (often innocent) people. Her world is turned upside down when she finds herself summoned by her race's sworn enemy, and is not given the choice to decline. How will her life change? Is this the end, or just the beginning?

Rated T for intense violence, language, murder, and minor gore.

There is a ton of mail in Canterlot. What are Princess Celestia and Princess Luna to do? At Cadence's suggestion, they do the only logical thing: answer it with the help of Equestria's two premier jokesters, Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie. Join them on their quest to answer strange questions, eat snacks, and make many inappropriate jokes along the way.

This story is a sequel to The Assassination of Twilight Sparkle

A single life can affect so many others in such positive ways, but when it dies all are left to feel the aftermath. With the death of Princess Twilight Sparkle, assassinated at the hooves of both guards and nobles, a nation struggles to recover as the effects of her death are felt throughout Equestria.

The many lives that she had touched will never be the same. Each is their own story of their struggles, their sorrows, and their attempts to move on in the aftermath of tragedy.

The one shot series sequel to The Assassination of Twilight Sparkle, that was inspired by the fanfic Ripples by BronyWriter.

Each chapter is about the other characters, outside of Celestia, who deal with the aftermath of Twilight's death in the first story. Some will be main characters, other minor, others OC. But all of them will be affected, all of them will mourn, and all will have to move on.

A Meteor is on it`s way heading for earth. Apophis is to hit on april the 14th 2036. A few people are chosen to be a part of Project Eden, also known as "The ARK Program", or *TAP'* for short. where they will be put in stasis as some sort of time capsule untill they are found.
How will the last human survive in the new world? What will be left of earth as we knew it? Will they be able to start over? Will the other Arks be alive? What will the future hold?
