A sense of rejection and betrayal has caused Rarity to have the worst case of designer's block ever. It also caused her to lose confidence in herself. Maybe a few words from her best friends and little sister might be all takes to get her out of it.

In an attempt to better myself as a writer, I have undertaken the task of writing a series of (relatively) self-contained oneshot stories, about whatever and whoever I want. (Thus, the sheer number of story tags.) The catch?

They're all limited to 750-850ish words (by FIMfiction's count).

Modern Equestrian society had the awful habit of making victims out of all too many good ponies. That was what happened when both law and underworld crime tried to simultaneously enforce their idea of "social good." Fluttershy was one pony stuck in the middle—a victim of an unscrupulous gang but whom authorities were unwilling to aid. Where could one turn when the virtues of honor and chivalry seemed dead?

But life had to go on, and Princess Twilight Sparkle overcome her fear and married the most elegant unicorn in the world, and the love of her life. Rarity Belle.

Now, some hundred years after Rarity's death, Twilight is still grieving. The alabaster unicorn had promised to always be with her and Twilight believed her...

But there was something fishy about her death. Something that... didn't quite match. Something she never got the explanation for back then. However, the truth is far more worse than anypony could expect. Because sometimes, love survives even death itself, and love makes us do really, really stupid things.

The most wanted mare in Equestria, Twilight Sparkle is the greatest thief in the world. As she follows in the hoofsteps of her grandmother, Twilight Twinkle, she's joined by friends and chased by family, all while trying to make a few bits!

An alternate universe fiction where Twilight Sparkle never entered Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns. At least, not without a set of lockpicks. Gilda is her closest ally and friend, and a skilled marksman with her crossbow. And of course there's Rarity Belle, who can wrap Twilight around her hoof with a wink and a smile - and usually picks her pockets in the process. With friends like these, Twilight keeps one step ahead of Shining Armor and tries to get her hooves on all the bits she can carry.

Everypony enjoys myths and ponytales, even if they know such things aren't real. Alicorns fighting against a spirit of chaos? An ancient princess trapped in a library under a tree, waiting to be found? Quite enchanting and fantastic tales yes, but nonetheless as fictional as Daring Do and other such stories. At least, that's what Rarity used to think.

She doesn't anymore.
