After being driven out of Ponyville following the incident with the Ursa, The Great and Powerful Trixie flees into the Everfree forest, where she meets a mysterious masked stallion named Herald. Herald offers Trixie a chance to learn ancient magic that will truly make her the most powerful unicorn in Equestria, by offering her a book that not even Twilight Sparkle has ever read. But there is a reason Twilight's never read this book, and there is more to Herald than there appears...

Spiders and Magic: Rise of Spider-Mane

After the Changeling invasion, Celestia and Luna make the decision to have Twilight investigate the Elements of Harmony and solve the mystery of their power.

A thousand years later, Rainbow Dash awakens in a world she does not recognize. She has no idea how or why she came to be there. She does not know the language, the geography or any of the rules of this new time. She soon finds allies in Star Fall, a scholarly pegasus whose Talent is Magic, and Astrid, Star Fall's Griffin guardian. Together they set out to discover why Dash has been sent to the future, and how she might return to when she belongs.

War threatens the nations, a Nightmare stalks the shadows, and Rainbow Dash's arrival has turned her into a wild card in a deadly game that pits the law on both sides of a broken Equestria against a mysterious criminal figure, Max Cash. Humiliation and defeat. These are the emotions that Rainbow Dash has felt ever since the new hero Mare-Do-Well showed up. She's better than her at everything, she's stronger, more agile, and somehow she may even be faster than Rainbow Dash herself. At the lowest point in her life Rainbow then visits a place that she never visited much before but she's also not the only one visiting when she comes across a black substance. The creature has promised her power beyond believe, enough to bring down Mare-Do-Well, and also seems to understand her pain. The moment the deal is made Rainbow Dash is gone. All that is left.... is Venom.

Rated teen for mild language usage and blood. Venom and other characters are property of their respective owners.

*Edit 2/5 Hippogriffs have been replaced by horses for the role of the asgaridans and the talk between Dash and Venom as well as her fight with Mare-Do-Well is extended a little.

Twilight and the other Element Bearers thought that Rainbow's ego was becoming a problem. So they invented a hero to teach Rainbow a lesson. Instead, they learn that the only thing worse than a wounded enemy is a comrade betrayed. Never betray the Element of loyalty.

Everyone knows how easily forgiving Twilight was in "A Canterlot Wedding" but what if she wasn't? Instead, Twilight becomes resentful and lashes out on how they've left her. Will she ever find a way to forgive them?
