This is a realistic view on how shipping would actually happen in the show. Almost every pony has been shipped with everypony else, but this is what would actually happen if two ponies ever attempted at a relationship.

Usually when you are killed, you die. Of course there are exceptions to every rule. Usually those exceptions don't end up in a world full of colorful talking ponies with 3 other people from random points of Earth's history, but hey, I can't complain too much. Prince Blueblood is banned from frolicking within the city limits of Canterlot. In an act of defiance, he strikes out to make a name for himself in Ponyville. Meanwhile, a lovelorn Big Macintosh pines for Twilight Sparkle, who only sees him as a big, dumb farmpony. Worlds collide when, with the help of some stolen Zebra magic, the poor, unfortunate souls switch bodies.
Now, Blueblood runs amok through the mares of Ponyville while Big Macintosh learns that being Twilight's Prince Charming is harder than it looks.The sleepy town of Ponyville is in for a rude awakening!

The glamorous unicorn Opalescence is haunted by bizarre recurring dreams of a world in which she and her friends are all animals. But as vivid as these dreams are, surely they're just dreams, right? There couldn't actually be a parallel universe somewhere where they're little more than pets ... right?

After the disastrous invasion of Canterlot, an injured changeling wakes up near a small cottage and is quickly discovered by two of the last ponies she ever wanted to see. Now, with the help of her new "friends," she has to remain undetected in a town high on changeling hysteria that would not hesitate to throw her in the Canterlot dungeons should her true nature be revealed.

Simple, right?

Too bad she couldn't have picked a worse form to stay inconspicuous...

What we've seen of Donut Joe is just a cover of a long story.

Skills, gadgets and a few mares later he's made his name as professional secret agent Mane, Con Mane. His career takes a grinding halt after some of the horrors he's seen throughout his life and quits. Now, living by his cutie mark as a baker, Joe tries to come to terms with his past and let it go.

A new threat has been made against Equestria, and Joe must return to his other life, face his inner demons and complete his final mission.

Pinkie Pie has an existential crisis while painting her room. This self-parody is dedicated to Professor Piggy, who once told me that I could write a story about Pinkie watching paint dry and weave it into an incredible psychological journey. Let's see if he was right.
