It has been quite an adventure for the Cutie Mark Crusaders. Even after earning their cutie marks and leaving to live the rest of their lives, they always knew they would have an inseparable bond as Crusaders and as friends. But all good things must come to an end, and on this night, seven years later on the day it was formed, they finally decided to put the CMC to rest. But fate has a different plan, and the title of Cutie Mark Crusader may just pass from one generation, to the next.

There comes a time where we all must let go. But never will we forget.

After spending a day picnicking and having fun with his pony friends, Spike awakens to find himself in an unfamiliar Equestria and appears to be living in a cave and has grown into an adolescent dragon. A nagging feeling tells him something is very wrong. Spike ventures to Ponyville in search of answers. His hopes rest on his friends helping him find out what's going on. He first goes to Twilight's library figuring if anyone can help him it'd be her. But when he gets there he is met by a unicorn he's never met claiming to be a relative of Twilight's and his friend. After talking to her Spike learns that a great deal of time has passed since his last memory of the day he spent with his friends. The unicorn offers to help him remember by taking him back to his cave. There all he has left of his friends is a chest full of keepsakes and letters, and a picture. Can this unicorn help him recover his lost memories or has Spike somehow ended up in a strange new Equestria and is there anyway for him to return to the world he once knew?

This story was strongly inspired by the picture I am using for the cover and the comments on the site I found it at. I will inform you ahead of time that this story will pull strongly at your heart strings. I feel no shame in confessing that I got misty-eyed while I wrote this. I hope it moves you as well.

Apple Bloom decides to try it out in secret, but an accident happens that breaks not only the scooter, but also a friendship as Apple Bloom learns the truth about the scooter and resolves to make it right.(Can be checked out at Equestria daily as well)

Luna, knowing she still must improve her standings with much of Equestria asks a favor of Celestia:To let her host the next Grand Galloping Gala. Celestia refuses and offers a better idea, To let Luna host her own Individual celebration. Luna soon finds out the troubles of planning such a grand event.

Scootaloo's rather embarrassed by her Mom. Not because she isn't cool, arguably she's both the hottest and the coolest mom in Ponyville. It's not about the fact that her mom serves on the royal court either, though that doesn't help. Maybe it's got more to do with the fact that the reason her mom is almost never seen after sunrise or before sunset, or because before the Mare in the Moon returned to Equestria, she knew her name.

Or, you know, that her mother is a chocoholic, an embarrassing know it all that's actually lived it all, owes personal favors to Princess Luna, and has the unfortunate job description of 'ruler of the land and day'. Sure, having Celestia as your mom is cool and all, but at the same time nopony can know who she really is. Nopony gets to 'know' her, and every moment is guarded against snooping visitors. And yet, there's still hope for a better day to come. Even when all your mom's enemies and rivals finally come home to roost and ruin your day. It can't be all bad, right?
