This story is a sequel to Night of the anthro ponies
A teleportation spell by Joshua goes awry and instead of teleporting, he summoned a human named William, along with several creatures he calls Pokemon. He then learns that he and all of his Pokemon aren't in Mahogany Town anymore. Can the ponies get William and his Pokemon back to their home? Will they even want to go back? Takes place in ultimate crossover-verse.

Equestria has now fallen under the tyrannical rule of a pushy king, King Zanzibar the pushy, who somehow, was able to banish all the royal family members, the bearers of Harmony, and Discord to Tartarus, so that he and his wife and kids could show how to rule a country, but they never realized that their poor judgments for the places they seized control of was putting Equestria six feet under. After having enough poverty and suffering, Toby prayed to the wishing star for a wish, which resulted in a good fairy showing up, and telling him that he and his friends and family must journey to where the star landed, and the first one to touch the star gets one wish. I do not own Animaniacs, all copyright goes to the creators of the show.

So now, its a race against the town of Ponyville and the Kings ruthless tax collector to touch the star. Will the children of harmony be able to get the wishes they want, and return the thrones to their rightful owners? This will be the basic story line for Wakko's Wish, so if you haven't watched the movie yet, then turn back.

Warning: This story contains random musical numbers, unspeakable horrors, such as gas station restrooms that haven't been cleaned for three years, annoying child cartoon mascots, and high pitch voiced signing movie directors. Mario & Luigi's journey has been the ride from their adventures. From the BeanBean Kingdom to stop an evil witch, going back in time to help their Baby counterparts to stop the Shroob invasion, being inside of Bowser to stop a bean whose Fury with his Buff Pig buddy to conquer both kingdoms with the Dark Star, exploring the realms of the Dream World to save the Pi'illo Kingdom, and teaming up with a thin 'Mario' from his world filled with Paper to stop Bowser with another Bowser from the Paper World.

Thanks to a magical yet rainbow Warp Pipe, Mario & Luigi has entered the world of Equestria, meeting 6 ponies and a baby dragon to explore the world of Equestria/Ponyvile and the meaning of Friendship. Meanwhile, Bowser learns that Mario and Green Stache have entered a world filled with Ponies thanks to Grogar (who has arrived at Bowser's Castle), making a partnership to take both worlds over. This... is... an Equestia adventure with magic!

Story takes place after the events of Paper Jam and after MLP Season 8.

Based on Mario and Luigi: Partners in time. One of the scientists has just discovered a way to travel between the timelines throughout Equestria. Princess Celestia along with two other ponies have been selected to go on a test run. However, the past doesn't seem to be right. It is now being invaded by an alien race known as the Shroobs and Princess Celestia has been captured. Can Applejack, Rainbow Dash, and Rarity fix the past and save the princess?
