The Joy of Running · 5:17am
Yeah, it's Father's Day tomorrow (technically today). Which means I have to wake up in about four and a half hours so that I can run a half marathon. This should be a lot of fun, as it is every year (I think it's my sixth time running the half). Running is a fun hobby of mine, it, along with walking, helps my mind work away at story ideas. Now, because I seem to have lost the time I had set aside to write this past week, I plan on spending the rest of the day tomorrow, after the run, just working away at my next chapter as my legs scream at me for my lack of running preparation. Then, hopefully, I can keep up a good writing pace right up until Wednesday and get a new chapter out before I go camping. In any case, I gotta get a bit of sleep.

Fics That I Have a Keen Interest In

>>497843 Thanks for understanding, Raven. I'll take a look at what you've written when I have some more time.
Don't worry about the whole Arctic Advent campaign thing. These things happen. Best of luck on those projects, though.
Guess I'll just have to read your fics to experience your excellent writing.
You got it!

>>443459 No problem. Really, if I didn't like it and look forward to more I wouldn't have made it a favourite. Just keep up the good work
Thanks for the fave!
And the watch!
BTW, love scion of chaos
>>387886 Uploading it right now. Took a few hours of editing. Whew!
Hmm, I'm not that satisfied with the story blurb that I came up with, I'll probably rework it tomorrow. But I need rest.
Any idea if "A Heart for Change" is going to be up by tomorrow?

Thank you so much for the high praise, it truly means a lot to me
Magic and cutie marks were two things that I set out to give reason to with Scion of Chaos, and I know magic can certainly be explored a lot further in the sequel and will definitely play a big factor in the story. I hope to not disappoint with my interpretation of magic. I should have the first chapter out tomorrow, probably later in the day, knowing editing and the hour or so it usually takes to get a story approved.
Once again, thanks for reading and feel free to toss your thoughts at me on the new story. If you think I botched something up or what-have-you, let me know.
I absolutely love Scion of Chaos. It's well written, has an amazing description of what cutie marks are. But it also describes the magic almost exactly how I have always believed that magic should feel and work.
I applaud your work, and eagerly await your coming sequel.
I do hope you intend to explore the magics of Earth Ponies and the Pegasi.
