Now, Bardock is back in a strange world where equines speak. But that's not what he considers strange. What he considers strange is the fact that Frieza and his men don't know about the planet or it's inhabitants and vice versa. Aided by the peaceful Equestrian species, Bardock has no means of leaving the planet and the threat of Frieza is a thing of the past. But not all is boring on this world.

Spike saved the Elements of Harmony, but a past mistake had caught up to him. He died a week later, leaving Twilight heartbroken, holding a crystal that contained half his soul from before he succumbed to dark magic.

Now, some months later, Twilight has spent her time searching for the key to bringing Spike back. With everything in place, and Cadence assisting her with Spike's resurrection, will everything go as planned, or will something falter and leave Spike half of or twice what he used to be?

It depicts a memory she had forgotten and research into it revealed that 'The Ancients' had made it to the moon without the use of magic. Luna was putting a team together to go and excavate the ruins she'd seen during her thousand year exile. What they find there may be more than they hoped for.
