Nopony goes out at night anymore. They all live in fear of the Dentists, the crazed ponies who lurk in the night and catch unsuspecting wanderers. Their latest victim was a young unicorn mare named Pumpkin Cake.

Distraught and desperate, Pound Cake turns to the one who started it all. If it started with her, maybe it can end with her, too. Besides, Pinkie Pie isn't that insane... is she?

It started out innocently enough. Rainbow Dash received a prank love letter, and decided to laugh about it with Applejack. Problem is, it wasn't a prank; and Applejack had been the one who sent it.

Now Applejack has disappeared, and Rainbow Dash is determined to find her and bring her back.

Because they're friends. Yeah. Friends.

After the painful aftermath of Cutie Mark Crusaders Cider Testers (yay!), the three crusaders find a video on the internet of Sweetie Belle singing, slightly sloshed and wearing what can only be called 'inappropriate attire'.

And she likes it.

Rainbow Dash saved Spike from a dragon attack--and paid for it dearly. Now she's severely scarred on one half of her body, in constant pain, and unable to fly, and she becomes a recluse in her own house. Spike feels guilty but helpless, and recent ex-marefriend Applejack is determined to get her out of her house and back to normal.
But when you take everything away from a pony, how can you expect her to ever be normal again?

Thanks to the work of a griffon alchemist, the griffons now find themselves with solar magic... and an itching to expand their territories. Right next door in beautiful, peaceful Equestria, there are ponies just asking to be taken over.
Celestia would like to keep the conflict as peaceful as possible and ensure the safety of both armies at the end of the day.
Luna just wants to keep her little ponies safe.

On the eve of her 50th anniversary, Applejack reviews her "scrap table"--some of the small, stupid, inconsequential, yet supremely important things that have helped her relationship with Rainbow Dash become what it is. It certainly hasn't been easy, and the effects of their relationship have gone far beyond Ponyville proper, but one thing is for sure:
She regrets none of it.

Originally supposed to be a part of AppleDash Collab number two, but it kindof crashed and burned died, with mine being the only entry (who says ADD is a complete curse?). I decided I'd post what I had in the AppleDash Prompt Tag, but then realized, it's over two thousand words. It might as well be its own submission.
And so now it is.
Now, the rules of this collab were, pick a pony and pick a random item, and write a flashback on how it affected their relationship / brought them together / helped them through a tough time / saved Equestria / that sort of thing; hence the chapter name.
They're all out of order and very random; but isn't that how all memories are?

After Applejack's aunt and uncle are killed by muggers, Applejack and Rainbow Dash return to Manehattan and revive the Mysterious Mare-do-well to help clean up the city.
Of course, gangsters won't be the only thing they'll end up fighting. Oh, no. That would be too simple.

My name is Cherish. I know because I remember my mother whispering it to me before she abandoned me on the doorstep of the orphanage. I'm older now, obviously, but I still remember.

Anyway, growing up is hard. The first thing I learned was that ponies lie. They lie and they lie and they lie. I figured that I could maybe find a family? Have a place to call my own? In my wildest dreams, Twilight Sparkle herself came to adopt me, and she taught me magic and we lived happily together as mother and daughter.

Yeah. They say dreams really can come true? That's a big fat lie, too. Even when they do, they don't. I'd know. I'm living proof.
