A/N: I have never played DayZ. I get all my details from the wiki and the few videos that I've watched. This fic is also supposed to be more realistic, so he's not going to find stuff like blood bags just lying on the floor.

I'm too tired to read this now, but just glancing at it, I see two major problems. One is the enormous walls of text that make it a chore to read through, and the fact that the first paragraph is spent describing the main character. Remember, show, don't tell.
1444282 Oh wow, this is getting to be quite a problem. Tons of walls of text obscuring very good fics. This might eventually warrant a short post by the guys running the site on wall of text annihilation (unless it contributes to the fic). Apologies for hijacking your comment to deliver the mini statement, just might be confirmation bias but lately i've been seeing so many fics that are nightmares to read (but are actually fairly impressive) due simply to being walls of text where it's unwarranted. Getting kinda sick of it. But overall, to the author: I love it so far (although I agree with the previous commenter as well do expand a bit with the showing) , and I'm eager for more, just reduce the walls. No one likes reading walls, whether it's a wall of text or a wall of brick.
