6575391 Celestia's like, a thousand plus years old. So if he's just old then he's some kind of immortal. If Celestia cast a spell to keep him alive.. then I'm surprised anyone dies of old age in equestria if she can spare the magic to keep some random guard she disliked alive how ever long shes been alive.
