Not bad, though Fluttershy sleeping with Diamond Tiara could potentially be seen as a bit disturbing from an outsider's perspective. Diamond Tiara is sleeping with a total stranger that's teaching her manners. Of course, we know Fluttershy well enough to know she would never do anything to a filly. But not everypony knows that.

There is a lot of telling here, and Diamond Tiara admitting to bullying in the end is not realistic, if anything she'd be more hostile to Fluttershy.

It's established that you consider her insulting Scootaloo's flight to be at that point, but unless you're brony fanatic I doubt that counts as unforgivable blasphemy. Let's say she is at the Moral Event Horizon, which I'll say is the point at which one jumps off the slippery slope. What she needs is Moral FTL Drive to reach Moral Escape Velocity before she succumbs to Moral Spaghettification.
A pretty good ending if you ask me.

This was a very interesting story. I hope DT stays nice and that she and her daddy have a talk as to why she was a bully.
Diamond Tiara seems OOC in this chapter. I know she's supposed to be reformed, but polity is one thing, and DT here is outright deferential. Bully or not, she's a willful filly, and I'm not quite seeing that will here. Then again, perhaps it's just that her will is being directed towards convincing the Crusaders that she has reformed, destroying her tiara even when it was unnecessary(Hmm, a tiara that easily destroyed is probably not made out of diamond... likely cheap plastic, actually).
