"Family." It's a word Discord hasn't had much use for or even thought about. Yet now it won't leave him alone.
The spirit comes to realize that he wants a family, to have children all his own to raise and care for. The only problem is, he doesn't have anyone he can start a family with and he's too embarrassed to ask.
So he decides on a risky decision, he'll use his friends and regress them into foals, caring for them for forty eight hours until the spell he casts on them returns them to normal.
But Discord has never dealt with foals before, and it isn't long before the regression of his friends starts to have unintended consequences? Will the spirit be able to keep the foals in line, or is he powerless to stop their antics?

Very joivial. I really enjoyed the conversations between Dashie, Rarity, and Flutters. They were certainly fun to mentally visualize and hear as they went on.
Another great moment was the exchange between Discord and Rarity. I had wondered if he would just do whatever he wanted despite Rarity's resistance. However it panned out quite nicely. Fluttershy has certainly done wonders for him in being more respectful to others.
I can't wait until Discord gets to Pinkie Pie!

This chapter is totally AWESOME! Very easy to imagine and it was a total delight to see Applejack as the instigator. I wouldn't doubt for a moment how she'd be more than willing to take full advantage of what Discord was offering by being as rough and rowdy as possible.
The whole idea of the lounge chair being like a bucking wild stallion was great! That scene was truly wonderful to take in.
And now we have a forthcoming surprise of who Discord put in charge of the farm... Chaos is definitely likely in more places than his dimension.

The progression of Discord becoming overwhelmed is perfect! This story truly has built to a moral on taking off more than you can chew. Moreover on how foal sitting is hard enough with one foal. By adding more all he got was more of the chaos he didn't construct by his own whim.
I wonder if Discord would ever think on whether-or-not a foal may be better cut out as a true spirit of chaos? It would be simply insane if he were to mentally regress himself. This could create a situation of 'Ultra Chaos'. His chaos is at least controlled while that of a baby is, well, not.
Great pacing and loads of fun. Pity Discord never figured on Pinkie Pie turning on him. <LoL!>

This chapter did well in progressing the story to the finale. Knowing the next is the last really gives additional appreciation for what you did here.
Points for acknowledging Aunt Holiday. I know the fandom is split on how they feel about Scoots' Aunts but I'd rather her have some pony than no pony. If she was to be an orphan than having no sign of anyone trying to help her have a family by this point in the show would be awful. :(
I like how you pointed out how Spike is able to control his 'Mail Box Magic'. Knowing he can focus to send to someone outside of Princess Celestia is good and, honestly, possible given how long he's probably been using such magic.
It's fun imagining Maud in this situation. Seeing her in a day care setting is hilarious! Her calm voice and slow movement amidst the loud sounds and quick movements of the foals is certainly going to be great.

Nice conclusion to a super fun story. It did exactly what it needed to do to wrap everything up in a fashion in which, in my opinion, the show would do as well.
My favorite parts of the conclusion were Scoots' and Dash's battle to dress-up. Dash sounded very much in character.
Another great part was the jealousy of each foal over how Flutters got to be held instead of strapped into a high chair.
You really did well in balancing out all the characters you added to the story. You also made great references to scoots' Aunts and even to her never-before-seen mom.
I wonder if Season 9 will FINALLY let us see some family for Scoot to go home to?
