I'm afraid to say it, but this was one of the weaker stories I've seen you write.
Your past works have well defined characters like Sunny Days or Dusk with varied personalities and personal conflicts. Here, Silver Tray is defined only by one thing: being a waiter. That's what everything comes back to.
Also, Octavia's dead sister. Such a situation carries a bit of weight, but you spent so little time on it that it just felt jarring and out of place. I actually did a word count from the sentence where the picture frame was mentioned down to "Thank you." and it was 304 words. That is less than 8% of the total story on a revelation showing the first real conflict. "A Night to Remember" did the simple route of just getting the mare drunk and getting the characters into bed and it worked, while mostly because it was pulling Dusk extremely out of his comfort zone, but that's another argument for more character development.
It may seem silly that I'm giving such critique for a sexual fanfiction of a little girl's TV show, but the question is how high of a quality do you strive for when writing this kind of work? You're one of the best authors I've seen for the genre and that's why I feel the need to speak up now.

I started losing the feel of the story when Octavia invited Silver Tray inside her house. It was something about that particular scene - I can't put my finger on it - I just started losing interest. Maybe I was hoping for some thoughts from Silver, like, Is this really happening?, or something like that.

It was no small part that Octavia is tied for my favorite background character and I can hardly deny reading a story involving her....as well I havent read a clopfic in a week or so, glad this was an interesting one and not just smut.
