It's not like unusual travellers have never passed through Ponyville, Diamond Dogs, Griffon, and even Princesses are not unusual sights. Usually there is some trouble, and the resident Princess and her friends muddle through and manage to make new friends.

So while it's not strange to see a new mare passing through town, when she manages to avoid a Pinkie party the Cutie Mark Crusaders decide to figure her out.

But will their curiosity cause trouble when it reminds somepony of memory's best left forgotten?

First story on Fimfiction, I know it's not perfect and would like advice if anyone can give it.

After getting stressed with work, Shining Armor finally snaps! He decides to just end it all by jumping off the castle roof. Twilight is called by Cadance to see if she can help, but when she fails to do so she asks for Pinkie's help. Twilight then regrets her decision to let her talk him out of jumping after she sees her method.

Based off a comic I saw many months ago.

"My father's stories were, at times, so vivacious, but at others, solemn, as if they were frozen to the touch. He acted as if he owned them. He tucked them neatly away in his mind, capturing every last detail, until he could release them. Always unto me. It was though he lived through her life stories. Through his memories of her. Grief strangled Fluttershy from birth, as death tackled her loved ones violently. Her mother had died, and her father had forgotten how to live.

Lightning bolt is a unicorn, bachelor, and university student. Everything seems to be going his way but one day after meeting a mare in class with an interest in his past, they go on a investigation, one that might just bring them closer together, but will change their lives forever .

This was a rather simple story made at the advice of a certain Lord Ershwin Wholewheat. He said he was impressed with my work on my other story and wanted to see how well I could handle making this sequel to The "DASH"ing story. Unfortunately, that story gave me very little to work with, so I had to entirely re-imagine everything. I would have loved to have gotten this out earlier, but I've been so busy that this had to take a bit of a back seat.

I suppose I'm just glad there isn't a legitimate sequel to it already. That would be pretty awkward.

Twilight was just a normal alicorn princess, until Sea Breezie is sad about his family not wanting to go home, so he asks Twilight out for an afternoon on the coast.
